I suspect it's because it's not a frying pan, it's an egg ring, which is basically a metal ring used for frying eggs (or given the size, possibly omelettes in this case!!) on a griddle and ensuring they keep their circular shape. used a lot in diners I believe.

Dick breaking the world's record in skydiving and just never telling anyone but Tim and Alfred is amazing in itself but can you imagine the comedic potential of him just casually dropping this years later like that for example with the Titans:

Dick, distractingly, reviewing some cases on the side: Oh yeah, I broke that one already, the trick is to not pass out for too long.

In canon, because that was right before battle for the Cowl and Bruce was just dead, it was kinda one of the last things he did for himself before taking said cowl, he probably won't ever tell anyone but still, it's funny.

April 25th 1792: La Marseillaise composed

On this day in 1792, La Marseillaise - the French national anthem - was composed by Claude-Joseph Rouget de Lisle. Rouget de Lisle was a captain of the engineers in the French army, and an amateur musician. He was stationed at Strasbourg during the French Revolution, and was there when Austria and Prussia invaded France to quell the revolution. Upon France’s declaration of war on the two countries in April 1792, the mayor of Strasbourg asked Rouget de Lisle, a guest at his house, to write a marching song to rally French troops. He obliged, and on the evening of April 25th 1792, wrote the ‘Chant de guerre pour l'armée du Rhin’ - ‘War song for the Army of the Rhine’. The song was published by revolutionary François Mireur in Marseille, and was sung with fervour by the Marseille volunteer soldiers as they entered Paris in July 1792, earning the song its new title of ‘La Marseillaise’. In July 1795, ‘La Marseillaise’ was declared a national song, but it was banned by Napoleon under the new empire. The song was eventually rearranged and reinstated, and adopted as the national anthem under the Third Republic in 1879; in the twentieth century, the anthem was written into the constitution. The original ‘La Marseillaise’ had six verses, but only the first and sixth verse are customarily sung today. The lyrics are fairly violent, but it is a rousing song about the strength of French citizens, and remains an iconic national anthem.

I like to think that whenever one of the bats are sick or hurt Damian takes over their vigilante roles. I can see him rolling up dressed as Redhood talking to his goons

Goon 1: boss is that you? Why are you so short?

Damian: how dare you! I'll have you know I can have your kneecaps removed and I'm very tall for my height!

Goon 2: alright kid go back to your- Ah! He bit me!

Damian: fools, I am your boss! I'm Redhood!

When Damian took over Dick's costume (Dick was sick) I can see Dick catching Damian like this then cooing over little Nightwing taking photos filling his phone storage, Damian would head to the Titans telling everyone he's Dick despite him being very short and aggressive.

And with Tim I can imagine Damian being pouty about it but he'll still do it messing with Kon and Bart, he wouldn't let anyone know he was doing it for Tim and when Tim comes back he's just confused about why Bart and Kon are fearful of him and complaining

Damian also does it with the girls (he especially enjoys wearing Cass's outfit) he tried to do batman but obviously everyone said no and he got banned from it.

(I just imagine Damian wearing the outfits out of missions because he looks up to his siblings even if he won't say so) cute little brother energy.

Damian definitely doesn't let anyone in the batfamily know, it's his little secret.

I LIKE that Dick seems perfect (especially in fanon imo) but is far from perfect. I like that he’s a bit of an asshole and a perfectionist and can’t slow down (remember when he broke his leg and spent his literal down time solving America’s Most Wanted crimes? lol). Actually, I’m honestly not sure I’d like Dick in real life. But something about him in paper at least draws me in. His sparkle? His talent? His ruthless dedication? Idk. Personally I think ALL of the below are flaws, but if you had to pick one…
