2023 is the time to take responsibility for our own happiness and future. No more blaming others and no more playing the victim. We are in charge of our reality.
Tips on becoming better this new year:
1. Take the time to heal old wounds and trauma through prayer and meditation.
2. Establish a spiritual relationship.
3. Distance yourself from toxicity and people who are energy vampires.
4. Write a list of specific goals. Create a plan on how you can achieve them and focus.
5. Start a gratitude journal. Write down everything you’re thankful for.
6. Release anger. Forgive yourself and forgive others.
7. Work on discovering hobbies that you enjoy.
