My roommate's parents are visiting from abroad so we are taking them out for a nice sushi dinner tonight. No food for me until that... 😂 Had 500cals yesterday and been fasting 20hrs so far so should be OK but I'm still nervous. Gotta try to be strong and make it through the work day...
