#I think I used my previous phone (Huawei Honor 6A) for 6 years #my current phone (Samsung Galaxy A14) is about half a year old and I plan to use it until using it becomes unbearable #polls #also in Huawei's defence I didn't get a protective case for my Honor phone until super late #and I took it with me to the sauna for shitposting purposes twice which probably caused somewhat severe damage to the electronics inside #(+ also not sure how much the colder than average Finnish climate affects the lifespan of a smartphone) #(I know that lithium-ion batteries in general die way faster in freezing temperatures)
