This video just completely summed me up to the max. I can’t even work anymore let alone get out of bed. Being sober without alcohol to numb my thoughts and pain is now a daily thing then I’m able to get things done but life is just plain horrible 4 me the constant thoughts and I also don’t know what other emotions feel like anymore plus I've got depression, I’m on meds to and even therapy but it’s no loner working or helping.
Relationships are so much healthier when the goal is to experience life together and not to try to make the person into who you want them to be or to make them do what you want them to do.
To my parents and the 2 narcs in my life or anyone that has narcissistic traits that are toxic to me and affects my emotional and mental health, to hell with you all. Please also go gaslight someone else that doesn’t know what you doing to them

Oh my damness ,help me as I’m still being affected by them, however I’m taking control and realise what and who they are so I’m starting to concentrate only on me coz I am glad I have no kids or bf or husband and that’s all by choice.
Love this link. I read there are so many people out that are not even a full blown narc but have sick narc personality traits that are toxic as hell so from what I’ve been through in this life I’ve got to share and help others. WE ROCK ON...
