Went into ao3 the find any Ted/Ellen fics that may exist and came out shipping am/ellen/ted after reading the only two fics of them that exist, but honestly I considered it before going in because ot3's including ones where one of three are evil or at least morally dubious is a favorite of mine.

The first two are regular chardee and the other three are from a little roadtrip/runaway thing I've thought about that takes place about '98-'99 but I may make it a little earlier. Charlie and Dee getting into various shenanigans like going to run down diners, getting tattoo's at a hole in the wall shop, and buying maps at truck stops.

Dee has helped and encouraged Charlie to stalk the waitress and even stalked and manipulated the waitress for her own gain.

Charlie manipulated Cricket with Dee and used staying at her apartment to sell drugs for them.

Charlie and Dee pretended to be high class together so they can get a date with the Taft siblings. Charlie manipulated and had sex with a girl who he knew genuinely liked him so he could make the girl he stalked jealous.

Charlie gave a box of hornets to Brad because he planned to trick Dee (and already did it to the waitress admittedly)

Charlie and Dee lured a random homeless guy in Charlie's apartment so they could cannibalize him.

They've both lit people on fire.

My point is they're the perfect example of "dear God you're both crazy you deserve eachother" and even if they're in a committed relationship they would use other people together to get what they want.

Charlie and Dee dating would flirt with someone else in the club/bar for free drinks and a thrill and then ditch the person they're flirting with to make out in the bathroom.

Charlie and Dee aren't unicorn hunters, they're queer but they're something much worse and gods help you if you agree on a dating site to be their third or they come up to you and say they like your vibe. They've drunkingly asked the waitress multiple times.

You're telling me Dee got the lead role in a Frankenstein musical as the titular character in Highschool and Charlie Kelly, who knew and was at least somewhat friends with her since then, and would probably 100% love the idea of Frankenstein musical didn't have any involvement in it? Or didn't come to any shows and cheer her on??

Like I know they had gender separated schools but maybe the drama club after school is co-ed. Can you imagine him lighting up when Dee mentioned what the musical was, Charlie immediately telling her he can help with music and costumes.

Its one of the few times he wants to be involved in after school activities, They spend weeks hanging out at rehearsal and each others houses sometimes working on it. Maybe both their school's art/drama department has barley any budget so the Frankenstein musical is Dr.Meyer's Idea, its public so he creates an original musical and has Charlie help compose the music, create sets and costumes, clean the stage,ect.

Charlie cheers and claps the loudest especially for Dee (he's obnoxious) but mainly because Barbara and Frank never come to any shows, even after Dee reserved a spot for them, so Charlie makes sure he's twice as loud.

They force Mac and Dennis to come to at least one show and act nice (they mainly do it for Charlie but they still rip on him for it)

Dee is able to perform with little to no throwing up, gagging, or fainting because Charlie is actually a pretty good at supporting her during that musical season, especially when they hang out and it's just the two of them.

After their shows were done Dee and Charlie got food from the local diner then got super wasted/baked to celebrate.

Highschool charlie and dee being friends, watching alien and aliens with the gang at the Reynolds household before alien 3 comes out in 1992. Ripley in the robot suit comes on screen and Mac jokes its Dee, she's about to snap back at him but Charlie interrupts that's actually cool and that's why always thought her brace was cool or something. Dennis and Mac roll their eyes and make gagging noises says Dee looks more like the queen Queen Xenomorph. Later that fall Charlie fixes up he brace to look like the robot suit and sews/fixes himself up a Xenomorph costume for Halloween.
