The version of Son of Godzilla used for the restoration project is of the US release to TV. Who was the release issued by and why did it have no beginning credits other than the title card?

It was originally released by the Walter Reade Organization, the same company that released Ghidrah to theaters and Sea Monster to television. I assume they just couldn’t be bothered with credits for a television release, which is odd since they left in the portion of the film where the Japanese title card and credits appeared. They didn’t give Sea Monster any credits either.
