film is great. this random blurry photo i took of my friend two years ago is now immortalized in grainy colored polaroids. important memories (my cousins wedding) are mixed with random photos of people laughing (august 11th) and too-many blurry friends-in-action shots. (november 29th)

i think the concept of "___core" is so silly. like, enjoy what you want and all, but sometimes people just grasp for a word to describe an indescribable feeling. "lifecore" "cottagecore" "altcore" "comiccore" "corecore", even. no. its just life. life is here and you can live it in the moment - you dont need to make it aesthetic or cute or anything. literally just live. run through a forest, study all night, sleep with all your fairy lights on. it doesnt matter. its your life, not the internets. live a little privately.
