I can’t believe I haven’t posted any Akali content over here!! I did Akali for Holmat back in 2021. I LOVE this costume. It’s so simple and I’m missing the necklace, but I absolutely love it. My jacket is my favourite thing like ever. It just looks so cool. Excuse my terrible wig line on my ears though. I didn’t have any glue to set it with 😂😂😂

Things i can NOT forgive in modern AU bagginshield fics:

Giving thorin short hair

He has long hair in every universe, saying otherwise makes me want to fight and kill

Making them American

I will bite your throat out with my teeth that is not natural nor normal

Giving bilbo different hair

I refuse to imagine this because thats just Martin Freeman and my reaction to seeing him without the bilbo wig, even in my minds eye, is feelings of pure terror and fear

Changing their names

I This is an extremely unforgivable sin, like no they simply live in a world where names like Thorin and Bilbo are normal and not the weirdest shit you have ever heard

I’m trying to get back into cosplaying myself after a few years and saw your chibiusa cosplay and was curious how you attached the crescent moon to your skin. Hello!!! Thank you so much! I actually just attached it with duo brand eyelash glue 😂 I’m allergic to most adhesives so I always resort to eyelash glue when attaching something like that. It’s just as strong as spirit gum, you just have to make sure the glue is slightly tacky when you put it on your skin, and hold it tightly for about 30 seconds to a minute to make sure it adheres correctly. I hope this helps and you’re able to get back into cosplay!

Using my actual cat for this shot was hysterical. He’s such a good sport and does whatever I need him to do.

I need to get an actual wig for Rick so I can cosplay him again and do a full shoot. My hair is shorter and blonde now so it won’t work anymore. I love this character so much y’all. Like this costume was such a joy that I’ve always wanted to do.

This wig has a life of its own, and I am here for it. Shoutout to Mara for letting me put the dress on one more time before accepting it got severe water damage in a flood that no matter how many time we washed it had no intention of coming out.

Not technically cosplay, but still something I love. We did these dapper day Mary Poppins and Bert looks back in spring ‘21. Mary’s dress was completely homemade, where as mine was thrifted - the hat and the shirt - and from my own closet. We’ve done dapper day three times now, and this is still my favourite look we’ve done.

PROP GUN IN PHOTOS

Another character that like Sarah, I’ve wanted to cosplay is Ricochet O’Connell. Unless Sarah I have wanted to dress up as Rick since childhood where I was first exposed to the Mummy films literally as they were airing. I wanted to be as brave, as skilled, and kind and as caring as Rick was. I have succeeded in two of those things and neither thing is brave or skilled.

Last Halloween I had the opportunity to FINALLY make this dream come true. I found pants - I want to change these - on sale at forever21, scarf on Amazon, and the harness and guns are from spirit Halloween but I custom painted all of it. I used my own hair and now really need to find a good wig for him…

My girlfriend surprised me by cosplaying Evie for me. She’d never really said she would, so when she came out of the bathroom dressed I lost my mind. Then rapidly realized I had styled the wig for my own surprise!!! Her wig is from Arda Shirt goodwill and skirt/belt Shien
