Awh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that.

To be honest, feeling less sad or healing from this thing looks different for everyone. I'm also no therapist, so I can just tell you what has helped me in the past.

Honestly, surround yourself with people you love and who will be there for when you cry - because you will cry and it's healthy to, don't shut down those emotions. It's good to remind yourself that you /do/ have people, even if you think you don't right now. Take a shower when you're in a bad space about it, honestly, it's a good way to reset and relax. Treat yourself. Just be kind.
