Hey Nini! I'm here with my attacks loaded and ready.
Also hey, how're things going at your end?
This is a hypothesis of mine, but I feel as though you're a Brit. Just a theory.
*ahem* now onto the questions and thoughts-!
Chapter 9 & 10
1.) Snooks were these weird creatures with no arms or legs. At most, you had heard them described as long tails, with faces.
Often tan or yellow in color with large stingers in its mouth. Anyone bitten by a snook wouldn't be able to un-form their ecto-body for days.
Is this what you meant with 'THE SNOOK'?
or is it something entirely different?
2.) Eventually after it ate another apple or two and gathered more, it pointed to the dark forest on the other side of the fence, a large, fanged smile on its face.
Possible entryway to the 'supposed enemy' territory? 👀
Maybe Toriel's kind (WHAT do you call them anyways?) are one of the few enemies that the Calcians are wrecking genocide on?
Plausible.
3.) ’Was it a Bigfoot perhaps?’
Apparently, Bigfoot Folklore exists in LSOTP.
4.) Cobalt had always said you were a spitting image of her, and judging by the photos on the walls, you had to agree. Her sockets had the beginnings of wrinkles at the corners. Her smile naturally upturned and kind.
She 'was' kind.
Probably nothing relevant, but something about this tickled my senses.
Specifically the last sentence and the air quotes.
5.) All because it was the law that women had to take a husband for the sake of breeding more soldiers for the war cause. Though thinking about it, you had never been told what the war was about or who you all were fighting.
Just that there was a war.
And now to your knowledge, there were other things around that weren't skeletons.
Sentient things that walked upright and cared for their young as any good parents would.
Dare you say it, but skeletons were not the only type of creatures that walked this cursed world.
I feel like I'm headed in the right direction regarding that challenge I accepted.
I don't exactly know what I'm looking for...
Maybe it's me trying to figure out what the actual War Enemy is?
Maybe it's me trying to find out why the magic in LSOTP is so fucked up?
Or maybe it's just me trying connect everything through the bits of information from the fic and your words of confirmation.
Maybe it could all be those 3.
6.) Though despite him having been in an active battle situation, he couldn't recall seeing any enemies.
Just dust from their own side.
Empty uniforms brought back to be patched up and given to whatever poor bastard that decided to enlist to 'help the cause!'
What cause. There is no cause.
Just death and dust, with his only comfort being his older brother and sometimes, a very small sometimes, his shitty dad.
You're doing a great job at making things VERY vague, Nini. (´-﹏-`;)
7.) Then with a flash, you were able to move again as you launched yourself at his shoulder, latching on with your claws and biting him where his shoulder met his neck.
You let out a vicious snarl and raked your claws down either side of Mutt's sides.
You expected him to throw you off or hit you.
What you didn't expect was the moan of pleasure he mewled out and the couch vibrating purr he began to emit.
I am a woman of simple pleasure, and you're making me tempted to just bite them at the collarbone.
Thats all for today, Nini.
Thanks a bunch-! Bye! ♡(ӦvӦ。)
Nope! I’m not a Brit. (They’re accents are so cool tho!)
(1) Yes. The Snook venom is what goes in the liquid stardust that you drink in the wedding ceremony.
(2) Nope. It just knew where mom was.
(3) Yeah. LSotP has its own mythos and lore for cryptid type creatures.
(4) the (‘ ‘) on the word was meant to emphasize past tense. Now that Lilith is gone she can’t still ‘be’ in the now. So “She ‘was’ kind.” (Reader has some I pointed out mommy issues, we just haven’t gotten there yet.)
(5) The quest for the secret theory isn’t about the enemy’s. You actually mentioned it yesterday in your other questions by naming a character, as well as the fact Madame is a baby snatcher.
(6) Thank you. uwu (I know that’s probably not a compliment, lol.) But it also puts the reader in the same frustrated position as the character is in with the lack of knowledge.
(7) Biting is pretty much an invitation to ‘go to bed’ if it’s with a romantic interest. The meaning of the action changes based on the temperament and tone it’s done in and the relationship with the other people.
Then there’s Mutt.
Who likes pain in the LSotP canon.
Though reader is a bit of a gremlin and bit him to hurt him.

Chapter 7 and 8
Hi-! This batch is mostly comprised of theories. And it's a long one, so take as much time as you need!
A word of warning. Some of the theories are so out of context that it ACTUALLY makes sense. In a way.
1.) What is Mars', Jupiter', and Trocar's history post-LSOTP?
What happened to their mother in particular?
(I have a theory on Question 6.)
I have a feeling that perhaps Mars, Jupiter, and their father were victims of the Seige of Coronet.
A theory of mine. Though, perhaps there were other areas in Calcian Territory that were also victims of the 'enemy'.
Since you said that Old Sentry was the first that had fallen, I had assumed more would follow.
2.) He wanted to drive home the only reason he signed the contract was so Papyrus could finally live the life he deserved.
Where did they live before they were drafted?
Did the love interests live in a township together or are they spread out into various areas of Calcian Territory?
3.) Quick question.
Is Fonston and St. Calibri seperate townships or is Fonston simply a town in the Municipality of St. Calibri?
4.) ”And who and where is your wife?”
”Dusted quite some time ago. Her name was Lilith Marigold.”
Her eyes widened and her demeanor seemed to change.
”My apologies. Your wife was a hero amongst heroes.”
This was a scene in Chapter 6. One that's been nagging at the back of my mind during my absence.
With what Mrs. Courier just stated. It means that the Institute realized and acknowledged that Lilith was a part of the military, and is considered a hero amongst heroes.
Surely other hens might be inspired to do the same as what Lilith had done if Mrs. Courier acknowledges this.
Also, I have a feeling that THIS is connected to the Gasters and the favor Cobalt owed. The implications of this one interaction is uncanny.
To reveal a hen in the military comprised of multiple sires (what a scandal-!) And somehow not get as much backlash (aside from the thing with Goudy and him reporting Lilith to the Institute) from the Institute...
I can only theorize that the Gasters MIGHT have lessened the blow. Perhaps with their rank, they managed to influenced a decision that is less detrimental to Lilith.
Instead of having been killed or mated with a stranger, they instead gave chose to give her to Cobalt....?
Only you can confirm.
5.) Ayo. I feel bad for Bubblegum.
Talk about brainwashing. Also, what's with this supposed 'scorring'?
"I bet I could get a perfect score with a trial whelp!” - Bubblegum
6.) I swear, if I didn't know any better (and I don't aside from the canon statements where magic in LSOTP is shit), I'd say Madame is Jupiter' and Mars' mother and Trocar's late hen.
I have things to back this claim, I swear-!
7.) 👀 I have my eyes on Madame as the head of the Institute.
Judging by the way she acts and the way she brandishes whelps as her own...
I'd say she most likely went from Mrs. Adiline Courier's case worker to Head (or at least a Board Member) of the Institute.
8.) 'The Elevator' proves my hypothesis that yes, the Institute DOES strap hens onto a gurney to be repeated raped.
9.) Ethel and Adiline are lesbians.
Change my mind.
10.) 'DAUPHIN'
*New area acquired*
The residents of this third-world country are Calcians.... Riiiiiight....? 👀
11.) ”She isn’t shit to me! She’ll never replace her! She ain’t good enough-“ - Sans
Don't mind me. I'm just brain storming ideas as to who his late lover was.
Definitely not me trying to make some sort of plot. Nope.
Nope I'm good.
That's all for Chapter 7 and 8. I hope I didn't drain your brain juice with my incessant questioning.
Bye! Take care! (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
A lot of this I actually can’t elaborate on. So I’ll go through what I can.
(3) St. Calibri is a big city. It’s about ~50 miles away from Fonston. In between the towns, farm fields stretch for miles. They’re the nearest towns to eachother.
(4) Lilith was registered as missing by her father which lead to a through investigation by the institute. It was found out a lot too late about the abuse the golden gals went through. The institute praised her for being smart enough to leave and still carrying out her hen duties while enlisted. (She got pregnant with Jett and that’s why they settled on base in Old Centry.) They used her image as a cover girl for how a good hen should be.
(5) Its exactly like a score on a test. They grade the girls based on how fast and efficient they are with those sort of tasks. (Though really if they aren’t perfect, it’s not good enough. ‘Perfect things do not have dust on them, ladies!’ So they use fear tactics to drill everything home.
(6) I do feel comfortable debunking this. This isn’t the case here.
(7) Madame is a powerful woman.
(8) The institute is a horrid place. Honestly death would be better than that place for men and women alike.
(9) They are. Yes. Adiline’s feelings for Ethel outshine and cast a dark shadow on anything she could feel for Mr. Courier. It’s her pent up emotions and anger that causes her to lash out and be cruel to him. It’s not right at all, but to say she hates him is an understatement. In her opinion the best thing he ever gave her was her children that she never got to keep.
(10) I can’t say on this one.
(11) His past hen is most certainly a sore spot for him. Though I can’t say anything more on that. We’ll get some context soon.

I'm BAAAAAACK-!
Oh, I've missed you so much, Nini-!
(I'll call you Nini from now on, you're free to tell me if you want to change it)
I'm FINALLY free from school and all it's bullshit. It's so SO GREAT to stop drowning in work.
I hope you're doing well on your end. I've been manifesting and praying happy days for you, I surely hope it worked.
I'm sorry for not interacting for a week-
I'M SORRY-!!! 。:゚(;´∩`;)゚:。
Okay okay okay. Since I finally found the time to write a long ass message, I had one thought circulating within the depths of my mind.
How does pregnancy work in LSOTP?
I can't BELIEVE I've been such an idiot to not have asked about the one THING that LSOTP revolves around.
(ノ`Д´)ノ彡┻━┻ I swear I'm an idiot sometimes.
That's all though. I think I'll send my attack later so be ready!
Thank You, and Goodbye!
Welcome back. :) and never feel bad about not being able to interact. Remember, no one is entitled to your time or energy. And it’s always important to keep yourself happy and healthy. <3
The nickname is fine with me. :)
And for your question:
It’s the old fashioned way. However the odd catch is that the mom needs a lot of magic to sustain the baby. There isn’t such a thing as too much magic, where as there is such a thing as too little.
If the mom doesn’t get any magic, her body will save the baby and pour as much into the baby as possible u til it can’t anymore. If the magic isn’t replenished- then sadly the baby may die.
They can get magic by eating food, or… uhm. Repeating the actions used to put the baby in in the first place. (The scandal, I know.)

Hi-!
What are Special Skill Sets?
Similar to the special or weird things we see Sans and Papyrus do in the game. (Sans teleporting and Papyrus able to walk in the dark parts of the map which have been accepted as him floating by some of the fandom.) They appear under a few conditions.
1. The child is old enough and is entering puberty. Sometimes they wake up to start their day with a new color and strange new abilities they can't quite control.
2. The child is under a high stress situation, and they get their powers early. (Like Whip.) This can also hurt the child. But the soul reacted in a way that would allow the child to survive. This can put stress on the body and stunt growth, or even crack their soul.
The boys have their usual stuff. Bone attacks and blasters.
Then you have Reader. She has a few abilities I have showcased, and some I haven't. The stuff I've shown is listed below.
Reader- Healing, water walking, she can also force others to use their powers. (We see her do this to Mutt when he traps her on the couch.)
Whip- Has the ability to pull the elements from the atmosphere and make water, plants, fire, and wind. It's actually a pretty rare ability. Not a lot of skeletons get more than one element like he has. (The reader is centered with water as her alignment.)
Alignments with the elements of the world plainly help the person ground themselves in using their magic. Magic came from somewhere. My personal cannon for LSotP is that it came from the earth itself.

Hi-! I'm here for the daily blog attacks!
Questions from Chapter 5 and 6 Incoming-!
1.) Your heavy eyes looked up into the face of your rescuer. His eyes were squeezed shut, his own ears being covered by his hands as he formed a cage over you. You felt a bit better here in this strange man’s lap.
In the world of LSOTP, Is Edge afraid of storms and lightning too?
2.) Figure 1:
“S-sissy?” His eyes opened to look at you, the white eyes that were usually about the size of a dime seemed to fill his whole sockets.
Figure 2:
His eyes snapped open as a shrill scream left his small body. His soul rose from his chest as the scent of watermelon lemonade filled the area, his soul turned a beautiful sunset orange casting the same bright light in the area before shooting up in a beam.
Figure 3:
Whip opened his eyes- once white- were now the same sunset orange as his magic
Before a whelp has reached a certain age/maturity, is their magic generally white before turning to a color AFTER an awakening?
I think i know the answer. The Figures I've provided said it all, but I just want confirmation.
3.) He popped his magic in little pops of orange, as he had practiced while his magic was still white. Little fire works of lemonade scented orange sprang up before a jet of water squirted out of his palm and sprayed Buck in the face.
I would like to know more about Special Skill Sets, please.
4.) they’re sharp teeth biting into your collar bone or neck to put you back in line after you decided to go against the grain.
Mate Marks? 👀.
5.) Figure 1:
You had forgotten about those features, honestly. All the doors in the house had two knobs. One for your taller family members and guests to use,and one for you and (at the moment) Whip to use.
I feel bad for (Y/N). She's essentially a mouse in a family of cats. ಥ‿ಥ.
Figure 2:
It was humiliating to you. Your feet didn’t even touch the floor and your head barely poked above the arms of the chair.
I arrest my case.
6.) What happened during 'The Seige of Coronet'? Just how bad was it?
7.) “She can speak, it’s just hard for her to do. It’s a side effect from an injury from when she was little.
We were in the Siege of Coronet when Old Centry fell in the war. The enemy was after women and children, in hopes to put a dent in our numbers. Sadly both my wife and daughter were injured.”
I FOUND A CLUE-! I'm sure of it.
IM SURE THAT THIS WAS WHAT YOU WERE REFERRING TO!
During this Siege of Coronet, Cobalt basically admitted that there were enemies, enemies that scarred both (Y/N) and Lilith.
He KNOWS who they were fighting with.
But the fic doesn't give any implicit confirmation as to WHO or WHAT the enemy is.
(1) Edge isn’t terrified of storms. He has super great hearing. The noise of the wind, the debris, and other noises were hurting his ears.
(2) Yes. They are born with white magic that they can practice with until they hit puberty, when they start to unlock their abilities.
(3) You may need to open a new ask post for this one with more specifics on what you want to know. It’s too broad of a question for this post and would make this entirely too long.
(4) Not necessarily. The reader is just kinky. It’s a form of discipline between mates and usually how a male will dom a female. By biting- however the bites don’t hurt more so than overstimulate the person being bitten. (Don’t bite someone in the LSotP au. The scandal that would result would be massive.)
(5) Yeah. She’s a lil’ short stack compared to everyone else. Her baby brother is only three inches shorter than her.
(6) Old Centry was a province or state in the region.
The siege of Coronet was an invasion of the state and one of the first settlements hit in the dead of night. It was pillaged and burned down in less than 10 hours. A flag that said “Down with the Queen” was left on the hot ashes of the site.
(7) I never said he didn’t know. And while it’s important, that wasn’t the thing I was referring to. ;p

Hi-! I'm here to submit my daily barrage of questions.
1.) Why is Cerulean's last name 'Neue' when he and Cobalt were both 'Helvetica's?
When married, is the last name changed to the last name of the wife? But if that were the case, then that'd mean we won't have any 'Helvetica's but instead 'Marigold's.
2.) What did Goudy do that made him call the Institute on Lilith?
Did Goudy even know that Lilith and Rose were related?
If he did know, was he just too desperate and set aside that fact?
3.) Not a question, but i FINALLY found him-!
I FOUND SWIFF!
*does a little happy dance* 🎉〜(꒪꒳꒪)〜🎉
Fell’s face flushed a little darker. “Yer’ tellin’ me. She had me blushing with words alone. I didn’t hear the end of it from Mr. PocketDog down there.”
He nodded to the window where the night shift Generals were on duty, watching over dinner.
His eyes glared at the Purple General, Swapfell.
Said general’s lazy grin and half lidded gaze still predatory. He would dress down any soldier for the slightest mistake. Though Fell never stopped him.
“The slightest mistake can and will cost you dearly.” And honestly, he agreed.
4.) Chapter 4 when there was a twister coming. In Chapter End Notes, you said this.
"AH LAWD HE’s COMIN!"
This term or phrasing seemed a little sus to me 👀.
Is the twister man-made or is it purely natural?
(1)
Cerulean’s last name is Neue because his fathers last name was Neue. Cobalt’s last name is Helvetica because his fathers’s last name was Helvetica.
°They do not share the same father. Their mother had two husbands due to a business deal their parents made. Poly relationships are rare, but not unheard of.
°Cobalt and Cerulean are very close and good friends, with Cobalt being the older brother.
°Cobalt was supposed to inherit the pharmaceuticals company, but gave it up so Cerulean didn’t have to struggle.
“I ain’t got the brains for that anyway. You know I’m always the brawn of the operation.”
“Then it’s a good thing you can be considered handsome… if you squint.”
°At 18, Cobalt joins the army and meets a 17 year old weirdo named “Leo.”
——————
(2)
Lilith didn’t actually do anything wrong. Goudy lost his marbles when Rose passed and barely kept it together whenever he saw Lilith. In Goudy’s eyes, no well-to-do woman should be getting her hands dirty working on a disgusting farm.
(3)
Yeah. I didn’t want to keep writing Swapfell- every time I mentioned him. So his name from now on is Swiff. I pulled it from the stronger sounds from Swapfell and dropping the vowels, leaving you with- “SW-F” or to me, it sounds like the word Swiff.
(4)
Nope. This isn’t important. Sometimes I might put important stuff in the notes, but it’s highly rare. I do admit I like to drop really important information in single sentences and breeze past it. (EX: The snook) But in this case it was for comic relief after a high stress situation.

§ Questions
1.) How did the 'sick' animals become rabid in the first place?
Were they the remnants of the K-9 Unit 2,000 years ago?
Maybe this is what the military is fighting against? Unlikely, but plausible.
2.) Why did Cobalt owe a dept to the Gasters?
Perhaps it had something to do with Lilith's secret while she was in the military?
Or maybe the Gasters save their lives in the face of war?
Who knows.
3.) Chapter 1. When Cobalt received a call from Gaster.
Gaster said there was an enemy unit headed to Fonston so he asked to settle at Helvetica farms to await the enemies.
What comprises the enemy unit?
Are they humans that didn't get turned? Or was it a rebellion comprised with the other monsters in Undertale that weren't skeletons?
Could the Calcians be killing off other monsters aside for them?
4.) NSFW QUESTION.
Since the SkeleMen are 10 feet tall and some are even taller than that, and (Y/N) is quite literally a 5'5 feet tall PYGMY skeleton.
Does the height affect the dick size?
Cause I'm gonna get even more worried if that the dick size correlates with the height-
I mean, in the latest chapter, she got gangbanged. I worry for her holes. And her well-being.
1. The rabid animals can plainly happen naturally in nature due to eating something else or being bitten by something else infected with rabies. That’s how it happened. Just nature- naturing.
2. I can’t elaborate too much on this, but you’re pretty close.
3. I also can’t elaborate on this. Let’s say there’s some major fuckery afoot. There’s clues and truly no end to how evil the institution is.
4. I’m sitting at work cackling like a tea kettle because of this. Long story short, yes. Yes it does. However I also have a belief that certain spots of the body can be changed at will with different things. Like their privates can be changed in shape, their ecto can warm up or cool down. The stomach can soften and all that fun stuff. Their BMI is based on the amount of magic they have.
My personal head cannon is that the males take care of the babies and keep them warm by letting them lay on their dad’s stomachs. It’s quite soothing to both and great bonding. :)
Also due to magic, no one is hurt. The biggest thing that aches for reader is her bones.

I was buying something from the store when i got attacked with a fic idea.
Okay okay okay. So.
How are people drafted into the military?
And how long will they have to stay there until they can to pursue other careers?
I believe the story mentioned that aristocrats aren't obligated to serve, and we both know the boys weren't aristocrats until AFTER they got married to (Y/N).
Do they have to be a specific age to be forcefully enlisted?
Thanks a bunch!
Heres the weird catch 22. The military isn't actually required, nor are they forced to go. ***Technically.***
People like Jett and Buck and Whip won't have to enlist because they already have promised jobs working the farm. Jett is about 24. He is the oldest brother. Buck is 20, Mc is 18, and Whip is 7.
Enlistment age is 18.
Their dad built up the farm and the farm produces revenue due to the products it sells out.
Where the military comes in though, is for two reasons.
The boys were stupid (Buck.) Or they were poor. (The Husbands.)
The military advertises traveling and handsome payouts to those who join up. And if you want a job, they are stupidly hard to find unless you go to school, which again, costs a lot of money or you are born into a position that you can inherit later in life. So if you cant go to school, or get a job, the last option is to go into the military. And the rich and aristocrats don't have this problem because they come from money. Not to mention if there's a problem they can afford to throw money at it until it goes away.

Hello-! this question has bugged me for the better part of almost a week now, and your recent answers have made it claw its way back into the forefront of my mind.
Lilith and Cobalt were part of the military before settling in Fontston (correct me if im wrong with the spelling) for permanent residency where they grew their family, yes?
Ok- this is a big one, I hope it answers your question. Sorry in advance!
**CW: mentions of Abuse, violence, and death.**
Yes. For about 10 years. They were in their late 20s (27-29) when they got married and retired. This happens about two years after the Fonston Freeze. So in the timeline the last time Lilith and Rose see each other is when they are in their 20's.
Mr. Marigold is hitting the girls as children and Lilith is the younger sister. She and Rose are terrified of what their father has planned out for them in regard to overhearing their prospective fiancés are going to be old businessmen and rather horrid people.
Lilith heard her father outside of his office talking on the phone about how "I have two daughters and I'm sure you can find a use for one of them. You may just have to smack them around. Works fine for me!" Then laughter.
Lilith tells Rose and they are horrified and make a plan to escape this life of abuse. Lilith is about 17 at the time and Rose is 18. Rose needs to find a husband and seeks out the help of a new fling in the form of Goudy, who is actually really sweet, kind, and loving to Rose.
They are smitten and head over heels for each other, but Rose knows Goudy needs to appear 'strong-willed' to her father to gain his approval for their marriage. So, in public, he adopts a very anal, and strict personality which we see become is actual personality at the time the fic takes place. (Really, Rose and Edward 'Goudy's first name' (Edward Goudy) trick Mr. Marigold to get Rose out of a bad situation.
Lilith is still a year too young to find a husband, so is put on a cart at night with materials and stows away with supplies to last her a while. And for her own safety, she is dressed as a man. It works and eventually she is mistaken for a soldier by a general who scolds her for losing her uniform and they 'adopt' her into the unit where she meets Cobalt, who at first is suspicious of her and doesn't trust her nor like her. Eventually she spills the truth to him about where she came from and the fact she's a woman.
He helps her hide her identity and eventually they fell in love and moved into Old Centry, where they were off duty and still active in the war effort. They have three children during this time, which is in the order of Jett, Buck, and the reader. Old Centry is burned to the ground and the family flees.
Lilith is badly injured during the siege of Old Centry but manages to escape with her husband and children. Having nowhere to go, Cobalt takes them back to Fonston where they buy the current land and built the house that we have in the story. The Fonston Freeze happens the winter before Old Centry is burned to the ground and Rose dies due to this. (Old Centry burns in the following spring.)
Lilith and Cobalt have one final child, which makes Lilith weaker due to a chronic illness caused by her injuries from the Siege. She dies a few weeks after giving birth to Whip.
Rose and Lilith never saw each other again before they died. They did write letters as often as they could to each other, though.
Point being, the Golden girls had it rough.

Okay okay okay.
Since you confirmed that yes, each individual has a certain scent that they can alter to suit a specific someone's taste, then I just gotta ask.
What are do the SkeleMen's scent smell like?
Could you also do for the Helvetica men too?
I got curious on how Whip (bless his innocent and adorable soul) would smell like. I guessing something smoky yet sweet at the same time.
I thought about it a long time ago and wrote em’ down!
Skeletons and their smells:
Sans- Vanilla and lavender
Papyrus- Oranges and jasmine
Blue- Freshly cut grass and clean air
Orange- Honey and sweet potatoes
Red- Campfire and burning wood
Edge- Carmel apples
Milord- Burning air before a heavy snow and mint.
Mutt- Forget-me-nots
G- Lemonade and Tea
Aster- Caramel and coffee
Mars- Fall leaves and rain
Jupiter- Summer rain and oak
Polaris- Grape soda and sherbet
Ursa- powdered sugar and cocoa
Buck- Clean linens. (Freshly washed sheets.)
Jett- Hot sea salt like smelling the ocean, but without the gross fish smell.
Whip- Watermelon and fire cracker smoke
Cobalt- freshly tilled farmland and Milo
Gaster- Black coffee
Swap- Pancakes
Fell- Cinnamon
Starlord- Strawberry candy
Swiff- orange and blue raspberry popsicle (he’s got an artificial scent to himself, not because the scent is fake, but due to his fake personality he puts on.)
I’d say they’re scents say stuff about them that sometimes isn’t carried over in appearance or personality.

i sent the ask when it wasn't finished- im sorry!
okay so.
If Lilith managed to work for the military despite being a hen, wouldn't that cause a commotion among other hens?
like, why is a hen serving in the military? if she can serve, why can't i?
i just though it was odd to have her serve when in the world of Dark Petal/LSOTP, women were seen as inferior and thus if allowed to serve, would be assumed to have only caused a ruckus and a scandal amongst the military.
Like mother. Like son. Simply put, she crossed dressed and managed to sneak in. She was found out by the Gasters and Cobalt, but by the time they found out they had all become good friends in an environment that sucked. So they kept quiet.
Mr. Marigold was a really terrible person and very mean to his children, to put it simply.

Helloooo!!! Hi!
quick question. Is the life of an infertile hen better than a fertile one?
(gosh. i'm feeling like a parasite because all i do is take and take and i don't even give you anything in return-
i want to make drabbles of your fic, but i don't know how to go about-)
(There’s absolutely no shame in asking questions about the world of LSotP. You are not a parasite. And if you want to make LSotP stuff, then go ahead! If you post to here or Ao3 then I would appreciate it if I were tagged so I can read it. Tagging my acc or using the LSotP tag works too.)

**CW: Mentions of- Abuse, power imbalance, Personality wiping, Brain washing***
Your question:
I’d say since they are monsters and hence magic, infertility isn't really a thing.
Hens that don't want kids, however...
Oh boy.
The Calcians (skeletons) believe that everyone has a role in society to play, and a woman's job is to have kids. Should a traditional family have a young lady that does not want whelps, then they typically enroll her into the Institute.
The Institute then puts her through a program and pairs her with (more often than not-) a really strict and traditional sire.
The girl is re-educated and by the end of the program the new couple and by that point, their few children, are set up in a house to be monitored by the Institute for the next five years.
That way the 'problem' is fixed, and all the pieces of the puzzle fall where they need to fit. (Re-education: Typically, brain washing through cohesion and forced action and repetitive mottos and sayings. It strips the girls of any individuality and makes them obedient housewives. Often times a really traumatizing process. It keeps them inline by using trigger words to make them afraid of the use of the Institute mandated punishments.)
Sadly, these are typically the girls that are in the institute the fastest They are also there for a few years, "multiple babies are a must, after all!" So no, i'd say those who don't want kids really don't have a choice. They had better not voice their opinions on the matter if they want to stay out of trouble.

hi! im filling in on my last ask.
how different would the boy's lives be had they not been (forcefully) inlisted to the military?
would some have taken other forms of employment/career choice, or would they join the military like in the story but like, willingly.
thank you!
Vastly different.
Mars would have been something like a rancher that cared for livestock, I think. Even though he has a scary appearance, the large beasts of the plains don’t seem to fear him.
Jupiter would probably help Ursa (outertale paps) work as this worlds equivalent to a Cub Scout or Boy Scout troop leader. Learning about the outdoors. Ursa would handle teaching about the flora and fauna, while Jupiter would teach them how to survive in the wild should they be ‘up shits creek without a paddle.’
Polaris (outertale sans) would also study the local plant and wildlife and end up as a professor at the university in St. Calibri. When he isn’t doing that, he also likes to learn about insects. He probably falls asleep while studying and some of them hitch rides on Polaris into the house, much to Ursa’s dismay.
(Their dad thinks it’s endearing, as Polaris makes sure they all get out back outside, safely.)
Red is a mechanic. Cars exist but someone still has to fix em when they break.
Edge would become quite the amazing cook and teach others how to cook.
Milord would be a lawyer.
Mutt would have ended up with a much gentler disposition. So eventually with how smart he is, he would have opened his own gardening or landscaping business.
Blue would be a sheriff/ the sheriff or a firefighter.“This town isn’t big enough for your troublesome antics, evil-doer!”
Orange’s laid back attitude makes him a good bartender/ keeper. (He’d run the saloon.)
Aster would be a doctor. (Granted that’s kinda the same as what he currently does. Though that’s a field medic.) He is very generous with his time and service to his community.
G would be a private eye. He has a natural charm and charisma that allows him to get closer to people than one normally would. Not to mention his intelligence and natural curiosity would make him a good sleuth.
Sans would be a deputy to Blue- doing a lot of the under cover work and ‘bad cop’ing. Actually getting the results as his more excited counterpart goes on the chase for the bad guys and all that fun jazz. He would also be the one to work with Milord for criminal cases, as well as Milord would be the on call lawyer for the jail.
Papyrus would be a handyman. If it can be broken, this master of all things ‘confusing contraption’ can probably fix it. Pluming, lightning, furniture. Etc etc.
Bonus:
The gasters-
Fell- He is still in the army as a top tier General. He was bossy from the day he was born and he’ll stay bossy long after he dusts. Where do you think edge got the audacity from? He learned it from someone and it wasn’t Red.
Swap- He would be a pre-school teacher. He didn’t earn his #1 Dad! Pin for nothing.
Starlord- He would study meteorology and probably be a forecaster.
Trocar- Like his son Mars, he has a way with animals. He would be a veterinarian.
Swiff (SwapFell Gaster) - Mans is a straight up fiend. He’s getting a head start on the brewing business for moonshine.
WingDing- He would teach mathematics at St. Calibri University…
Though he swears he doesn’t remember this. Any of it…
How can this be?
Wasn’t he just….?
He looks around the room, brows furrowed. Nothing seemed out of place. Papers were in order and papers sat on his desk.
At least he thought it was supposed to be his.
He snapped awake, staring at the dark green of the tent above his head, the dream already fading from his mind.
Everything was in its place, untouched.
Unchanged.
Though the weird, black substance on his jacket went unnoticed.
