Hello, sorry for taking so long to answer past month has been hard. Sorry but I don't really feel like drawing that. Nothing against it I am just not interested in drawing them with kids, I prefer drawing them having romantic moments together. Maybe in the future who knows but I can't promise anything.

and finally finished these, i learned a lot by doing these, there are some mistakes but i guess its fine for a few studies. since i was experimenting with stuff i got over 100 layers doing these, which is a lot for me, usually i go 60 max. next is 2B gotta learn how to draw her.

an update on the 9S studies i am doing. he is fun to draw but gosh those buttons, even with copying them takes a while. has a bunch of mistakes but considering i have been sick for the most part i have been drawing these its fine.

Shuyuka week 2023, day 4 throwback (healing/battle couple)

This is a reference to a scene from the manga. first chapter to be exact.

This took way too long, a lot of things happened and I am not happy with the result, since this took so long i feel like i improved while this was still in progress but i couldnt really change what i have already done otherwise i would still be doing it. but still wanted to finish this so even if i am not happy with the result i am happy i finished.

Shuyuka week 2023, day 7 brand new days/new life

This is also part of the same au as makoto working in the featherman show as a villain. At some point they start living together (they being around 19-20 here) and even though makoto has his own room (as at first things are a bit awkward between them trying to figure out what their relationship is now so they have their own rooms, also both of them need a bit of space) most of the time he goes to sleep with yukari just bringing his pillow and the crab plushie yukari gave him for his birthday (day 5).

I wanted to show them together but in a more domestic setting, that would show their life together

Shuyuka week 2023, day 6 free day

Decided to go with a au a friend and I have ( same au from day 2 and same from what I drew for shuyuka week last year on 2 days) where makoto is back and he starts working as a villain in the Featherman show. It's much more work than he expected. His suit is definitely too hot to record in summer days.

shuyuka week day 5 holiday/birthday

i did birthday with yukari giving a crab plushie to makoto. she probably noticed him paying attention to the crabs at the beach. its a late birthday cause i headcanon makoto birthday as july 13, the release date for p3 and they only start getting closer after that date.

Shuyuka week day 3 rooftop

Posting this very late but I like to think they would go to the dorm rooftop to get some alone time together. I also like to think that Makoto wouldn't let just anyone hear his mp3, so he sharing music like this is a very intimate moment.

For now I will be skipping day 4 and work on day 5, will work on day 4 after the week.

Still working on this these when not working on shuyuka week drawings. These designs have been harder than expected as I don't want to go the traditional mermaid approach and want to make them look more monster like.

Testing some colors now, while yukari is supposed to be based on a red lionfish and Makoto a leopard shark, I am taking some liberties with it.
