Deciding to use my old Tumblr account to emotion dump since as far as my memory goes no one follows me here and I wont bother anyone here.
Made the mistake to emotion dump in a recognizable social space in the past and fucked myself over, unintentionally caused drama, disturbed the atmosphere of a group space of 100 people, banished myself and lost my Internet home. No one came after me so I can only assume my loss was of little importance.
But that incident isn't why I'm emotion dumping today still the reason I'm here now is so I won't make that mistake again.
Starting to feel better already but occasionally I'll have random bursts of intense loneliness and neediness for attention along with the all too common depressing feeling of not being important to anyone.
I want people to WANT to be with me, to choose ME first upon all the options out there and to engage with me even though Im socially awkward but I also know that's not how humans work. I understand if people don't find things engaging they will leave or sleep which is usually what I find happening.
Is it really so unreasonable to want proof in this world that people care enough about me to choose ME first and to stay the whole time because they care and put in effort to communicate with me throughout their time?
I already know the answer. Yes. Yes it is so much to ask that of people but it still won't stop me from wanting it.
I simply desire proof that I am important to people and it hurts when people I consider important don't put in the effort to support me back.
Its likely my own fault for not being social enough. It's not that I don't try but I guess I don't try hard enough for societys standards.
Maybe I just don't understand what goes into being someone people want to be with. Or maybe I simply just don't have such qualities to begin with.
Still I want it, I desire it, I crave it.
I'm selfish and I hate it. I want more than what my personality type knows how to give, I want too much for who I am.
I don't want to settle for being the person people go to when it's convenient or simply if there's no one else available or even for being background noise but that seems to be who I am and what I'm capable of and I hate that seems to be all I can be!!!
I'm so lonely
