One of the hard parts about being a writer with a vivid imagination is that there are So Many Ideas, and they fall into so many categories, such as

Fics I want to write

Fics I want to read

There is just One Scene and I could write it but it would be waaaay more cool if I had all the build up to the scene but unfortunately. I can only figure out the Scene

I keep changing my mind. Where am I going with this

This has been done a million times before. But. Hear me out

I will 100% Never Write This. This is just my Emotional Support Idea no one can ever know about bc it makes sense only to me

Would be better as a comic...

This will be my magnum opus if I can just get my 50 pages of ideas into a coherent narrative

All I have are vibes

You gotta read wips. You gotta read stories that have been abandoned or haven't been updated in weeks, months, years. You have to give a story a chance even on the chance it never gets finished. The biggest reason besides personal stuff for a story to get abandoned is the lack of engagement. A comment is sometimes all it needs for a new chapter, even years later. Read that wip from 2017 that never saw the final chapter. Leave a comment that you loved it. Subscribe to the story. Sometimes you need to appreciate the things that never got finished, and perhaps make an author's day that someone loved their story despite that. Comment on wips. Comment on every chapter. It makes a difference.

Thank you for revisiting my story. That means a lot. It is still posted, but I did limit all of my M rating or higher fics to registered users only recently so that may be why you can’t find it if you use AO3 as a guest reader.

It was a hard decision but ultimately the best one for me at this time.

There’s also one that I really liked that involved them breaking up and both being home for the holidays and him screaming about having his girlfriend at May’s house but still being here with her because she’s MJ and for the life of me I can’t find it, which means I must have forgotten to catalog it and I’m so mad (so if anyone knows send me the link pretty please). It’s similar to “He was coming back to her” from above but it’s not that one.
