apr 5th log:
decided to eat a tbsp of nutella for breakfast in hopes of not binging on it later(overestimating 50cal)
4 pieces of chocolate (200cal)
rice and meat soup (300-400kcal)
going to eat apple/banana/orange juice later (100kcal)
egg white, ham and feta cheese for dinner (max 150kcal)
prolly lost minimum 100kcal at the gym
~ 750 kcal
lets hope i dont binge throughout the day 🤞
