The best way to describe my hearing issue is that noise is sharp and piercing

Loud classical music i can't control on is somehow sharper and way more unbearable than loud rock music i can't control

sounds are way too loud for me, but no one takes me seriously about it and refuses to acccomodate, when they could literally just move the conversation (i can't move I'm at a desk) far away from me or put in headphones/earplugs (they're usually playing smth on speaker), like why am i being told that i have to get over it or ignore it, i literally can't, it's making me lose focus and pissing me off so much that i will have to go somewhere else to study/work

Why am i the one being told to put my headphones in,, u have airpods fucking use them??? (And this is when i had wire earplugs, I'd need to turn my volume all the way up to drown out any semblance of sound, but hello yet again i can't do that bc noises r too loud?? I listen to everything on a low volume, i literally have to , so I can still hear u, and ur still distracting!!!!)

I used to be so unfazed by people trying to scare me (so much so that my sis said it was hard to scare me even tho I didn't think so??)
