I have them all the time when I am not in deep sleep. Many different kinds in many different instances. From grade school to college. And boy I -know- I was traumatized for more then just being late.

yep. Happened to me. I have endo, and I cannot deal with simple pap smear procedures. I'm just grateful I was fucking put under for my IUD since they were searching for polyps. Never again am I letting a fucking duck bill shittier piece get in me until I am NUMBED, you monsters. I have screamed in pain at the doctors office. They still did nothing.
