I sat next to the protest today.
I wrote fan-fiction about two gay jewish dads raising children to the play list of the chant- "No peace on stolen land!" on an American college campus. It isn't a name brand one either, nor does it have any legitimate ties to Israel. The anger is just there- it has rotten these future doctors, nurses, teachers, and members of society.
I don't even know what to call their demonstration- it was a tizzy of a Jew hatred affair. At points, there were empathetic statements about Gazans and their suffering. Then outright support of Hamas and violent resistance against all colonizers. Then this bizarre fixation on antisemitism while explaining the globalists are behind everything.
"Antisemitism doesn't exist. Not in the modern day," A professor gloated over a microphone in front of the library. "It's a weaponized concept, that's prevents us from getting actual places- ignore anyone who tells you otherwise."
"How can we be antisemitic?" A pasty white girl wearing a red Jordanian keffiyeh gloats five minutes later. "Palestinians are the actual semites."
"there is only one solution!" The crowd of over 50 students and faculty cried, over and over.
"Been there, done that," I thought, then added a reference to a mezuza in the fourth paragraph.
Two other Jewish students passed where I was parked out, hunching and trying to be as innocuous as possible. We laughed together at my predicament, where I am willingly hearing this bullshit and feeling so amused by this.
"Am I crazy? For sitting here?" I asked them. My friends shook their heads.
"We did the same last week- it's an amazing experience, isn't it?”
We all cackled hysterically again. They left to study for finals. Two minutes later, I learned from the current speaker that “Zionism” is behind everything bad in this world.
Forty-five minutes in, a boy I recognized joined me on my lonely bench. He came from a very secular Jewish family and had joined Hillel recently to learn more about his culture. His first Seder was two nights ago.
He sat next to me, heavy like the weight of the world was on his shoulders. There was just this despondent look on his face. I couldn’t describe it anyone else, but just sheer hopelessness personified.
“They hate us. I can’t believe how much they hate us.” He said in greeting.
And for the first time all day, I had no snarky response or glib. All I could do was stare out into the crowd, and sigh.

These aren't soldiers, they're police who are monitoring a protest that screams terrorist slogans, attacked a Jewish student, and is so dangerous to Jews that the campuses have banned them from the premises cuz if Jews got anywhere near them the protestors would get violent.
Police Snipers aren't meant to be as hidden as a military sniper is. XD especially in this scenario. they're monitoring a group, not trying to fight enemy combatants or get the drop on someone holding hostages.
And besides that, two of these images don't even show weapons, one of which very clearly shows binoculars and in that image you can't even tell if that even is a cop.
Not to mention, there has been no proof that I've seen so far that these snipers are even watching the protests. XD just these images with no source beyond a Twitter account. And unfortunately Pro-Pal twitter users are known liars.

"THE ISRAELI'S ARE THE MODERN DAY NAZIS! IT'S ANTISEMITIC TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT JEWISH SELF-DETERMINATION AND BELIEF IN THEIR RIGHT TO THEIR NATIVE HOMELAND IS CENTRAL TO THE JEWISH FAITH, WHICH THEY THEMSELVES HAVE SAID! HOW DARE YOU CLAIM TO CARE ABOUT THE HOLOCAUST WHEN YOU AREN'T SIDING WITH ME AS I MINIMIZE IT!"
... Pro-Pals are such clowns.

Pro-Pals: Gaza has bombed to the ground! It's nothing but rubble and the people are starving and living in tents and children are dying of starvation! Israel is Evil! Free Palestine!
Also Pro-Pals: When Reporters in Northern Gaza (which has been totally decimated by Israel) ask for water, Palestinians treat them full meals. It's just their culture. UwU
... Beginning to wonder how much of their lies I've actually let myself believe. XD Why would Reporters in Northern Gaza get full fucking meals while children are supposedly starving? I thought there was a famine! And look at the video. Where'd the devastation? Why are there people walking around in the background like nothing is happening? This post is timestamped 19 hours ago.
I thought Gazans were facing genocide? Since when do people facing genocide and famine have enough food to give full fucking meals to random reporters???
Either this is not in Gaza, this is a really old video, every bit of information Pro-Pals have spread about the conditions in Gaza are false, or that's a bunch of Hamas actors right there and they're in front of a decent green screen.

They did, but most Pro-Pals didn't see this and Hamas decided pretty quick after to present the videos as something Israel was doing, which Pro-Pals no doubt saw on Al-Jazeera.
So they don't believe Hamas did it. Cuz why would their precious Fweedom Fightews do something they'd actually have to condemn as people who claimed to care about rape victims?

In their eyes, it was just a jew Zionist, so it's fine.
They've spent every day since October 7th dehumanizing jews Zionists, so I doubt they care.
Or they're some of those idiots who think "oh, I know some people got violent at this protest but not all of us did, why are you treating the whole protest as violent" but really they didn't expell the people who got violent, they protected them and defended their actions.
And guess what? :3 when a group of protestors get together to commit a crime, which defending someone who assaulted someone with a deadly weapon from the law is in fact a crime, it is an unlawful assembly and thus not protected by the first amendment.

“They wrongfully silenced us and took away our free speech on these campuses!”
You literally stabbed someone in the eye!
