I am currently saving up for surgery. I would like to get PHALLUS-PRESERVING VULVOVAGINOPLASTY. However it is a costly surgery and I MAY need hormones. This is not a guarantee however the surgery itself can cost around £5000. I struggle badly with gender dysphoria and I need this surgery as I already had sh attempts. I am asking for the kindness of tumblr and other sites to share this and reblog and if possible donate anything, no matter how small.
