Art For Ko-Fi
Hello, everyone! It’s been a while. Things have been crazy where I live due to a lot of circumstances, and I wish I genuinely could say that things are going great.
But things are a bit rough, and my job is only giving us limited hours until summer starts in early June, which is when we’ll be desperately understaffed again and all working full-time.
I’m allergic to two of the vaccines going around, and I found out recently that the third one which I’m not allergic to could cause me some serious medical issues because of other injuries. To add insult to injury, because of them needing to do more x-rays and me having to go to a specialist to get the determination that it was unsafe for me to get the shot, I had a $1300 doctor’s bill. My insurance won’t cover a red cent of it, and I did pay it, but that’s made resources fairly tight.
I still have to get to work and all, so I’m doing art for donations. Let me know in the note what you’d like to see drawn- no porn and easy on the gore/violence- and I’ll draw something. Coloring pages and the like. I’m perfectly fine with doing fan-art, too.
If you want to get some art, here’s my Ko-Fi. Any help is appreciated and I’ll happy draw for it.

Any help is greatly appreciated, even if it’s just a re-blog to spread this a bit.

Me: I need a break, everything sucks, I'm just done with everything this week.
Me after checking my notifications from Ao3: I love people, things are good, and I'm gonna chug an energy drink so I can write some more. I don't get paid for it, but I made several people I don't know really happy. Things are going to be ok this week.

I’m still stalled, and our school still doesn’t have much in the way of books. Any help is appreciated, even if it’s just a boost. Thank you to everyone who has helped so far! <3
Art For Books
Exactly what the title says- I’m looking to do art, in exchange for ko-fi donations to get books for my kids.
I am a teacher, and right now, my school is doing the distance learning. Which is great…except that it is also an emergency care site. We have the kids of the front-line workers, the essential workers, who do not have a parent at home. We are making sure they can log on to do their distance learning, but we also do projects with them before and after their online school day.
And we have almost nothing at our site, and no money for supplies. But we are creative, and have made do there. Oh the things you can do with basics, and we’ve got plenty of fun projects.
However.
Due to Covid, we can’t share books freely in the classroom like we used to, and many of our kids can’t read very well or don’t have easy access to books. We have half an hour each day where we are supposed to encourage them to read, or read to them.
I bought two books and offered to share with my co-workers to read out loud to our children, but we have four groups and only two books of fairy tales and folklore. I also want to get other books the kids would like which my coworkers and I can read to them.
I’m willing to do art for ko-fi donations…coloring pages, fanart, you name it. Message me here or on my ko-fi about it if you are interested?

A thousand thanks to the kind soul who has donated, and to the folks who have helped spread this around! I’m at 34% of my goal- $51- and would love to hit at least $80 by Wednesday if at all possible, which is the day we are doing our supplies run.
Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far!

Taking the kids on a treasure hunt, heheh. Got riddles set up to lead them to four spots, dragging their little butts around the whole school.
It's going to be fun.

Ko-Fi Page
Local artist looking for support- buy me a ko-fi and make a request for a coloring page? I found out there’s a chance we may be serving at the school this year in just a few short weeks, it hasn’t been decided yet. I’d like to get some fun fabric masks to make both the kids and myself smile, and distract a bit from having to wear them. Also, if I get a couple, I can wash them every night when I get home, and not put as much wear on the same two masks like I have been this summer.
Buy me a Ko-Fi and make an art request?

This is what happens when I'm allowed to use perler beads with the kids that I work with.
What can I say? He's one of my favorite characters of any movie and so much fun.
Gonna do something else in a little bit, the kids demand I do more like this. XD

Ok, what do people find attractive about me at the end of a 12 hour day? I just had a random dude come up, tell me he loves my hair style, and hey, do I like movies and theater? There's a great theater he'd love to take me to sometime.
..............um. Huh.
And a dude did that last Thursday, too. Said I was something else, and did I want to get a drink?
What on Earth do they see? I'm tired and feel like hell at that point in my day.
Nice to know my haircut isn't weird, though.
But seriously.
I'm missing something.

Kid’s Project
Hi, everybody. Nim here- and I’m asking for help as a teacher. I’ve got a project that I was going to do with the kids on Friday, because I can get the supplies before work, when I get paid.
Unfortunately, due to a co-worker being sick, I need to do my project tomorrow. I have a ko-fi account, and if you like my work, help me raise $35 for the supplies to do it? I can come up with a backup plan if need be, but it won’t be as fun as the one I’ve been wanting to do with the kids.
I’m willing to do art and stuff in trade, and definitely send pictures of what the kids create.
I will take requests in exchange for ko-fi donations.
My ko-fi account is here! Thank you in advance to anyone who puts in a request and makes a donation. My school has really limited resources at the moment, and I planned this project to come out of my own pocket when I got paid. Having to move this project up means asking for help.

She was fun to draw. I'll add some color later, when I have my colored pencils.
