Apparently she openly admits to having been on her phone during the movie, but "it was fine, it was on low volume!" and he admits to having thrown popcorn at her "but only to make her stop." bbc ghosts’ mike is the ultimate wife guy. accepts that his wife can see ghosts almost immediately and doesn’t really gaf. his wife makes him stop tasks or take the long way around otherwise simple things because of the ghosts that he can’t see and cannot tell are there and he’s chill. quits his job in a day because he had a nice phone call. his wife has to do a ghost funeral during an important event for their shared business and he pulls it off anyway. owns a bear. cool guy

I've read the first few volumes of Sandman years ago, and I have some of the later ones sitting around, but they're fairly expensive (as well as being a relatively heavy read) so I've never read the whole thing, but pretty sure the first season mostly lines up to the first volume so I'm in the clear for spoilers.

But yeah, God... Jenna being cocky, and foul mouthed, and powerful, and even more openly bisexual than she was as Clara... It's so perfect that I can almost forgive them making her a Cockney (I think? Her accent is a little hard to place because mostly she's just using her own accent except sometimes she's very pointedly not) instead of a Scouser.

I am finally watching The Sandman and I'm going to absolutely lose my mind over Jenna as Constantine. She's been one of my favourite actors for like 20 years and Constantine has been one of my favourite characters for nearly as long.

I haven't actually read Sandman yet (though it is on my tbr) and I think I've read one other issue that featured him, so I know nothing about Constantine, but Jenna Coleman as a rude, hot bisexual will always bring me in as a viewer

THIS MORNING: one of our comrades from emory university that was arrested shared her experience, and what she saw her 22 other comrades experience, while in dekalb county jail. our comrades were subjected to racism, not given water for 12 hours despite vocalizing the water fountain didn't work, and silenced during court appearances.
