How does Luz play in with the story? Is Ashlynn supposed to be like Eda? Oh and since Caleb looks like he's more one with The Titan than Belos claimed to be, does he know of King? Sorry if this has already been asked

All other characters have similar/same roles spare for a few, I intend to keep the journey and character arcs intact. The Boiling Isles have changed A LOT in developing this, but the intention is yea, keeping everyone in similar scenarios so they still have mostly the same arcs/relationships.

Also no, Diedre has the same knowledge/connection with the Titan that Belos did, he is unaware of King.

Gear you cannot just drop that absolute banger of an au and then be all hush hush my dude I’m frothing at the mouth. How did Caleb get his curse? Was it the jewel on his chest? Is he better or worse in his treatment of the Grimwalkers? What happened to Evelyn? Is he sympathetic? Why did he become BAD?

heheheheh thank you!! as with every AU/story I've done, I prefer to share lore/context with art so I gotta draw some more stuff out to answer some of these questions but there will be more stuff posted soon >w> To answer these questions (vaguely) for now tho;

(How did Caleb get his curse?) - Caleb learned how to acquire his palismen affliction through Philip.

(Was it the jewel on his chest?) - The jewel has no impact on him, it's merely a memento that belonged to someone else.

(Is he better or worse in his treatment of the Grimwalkers?) - His treatment of grimwalkers is debatably worse, and he went through them faster.

(What happened to Evelyn?) - Evelyn lived a long life with her family and passed away from old age. Caleb did not attend the funeral.

(Is he sympathetic?) - It depends on how you look at him and his story I suppose, I've gotten a lotta response that his arc is very sad and earned some sympathy through that.

(Why did he become BAD?) - Just as Philip became unhealthily obsessed with his brother once he was gone, Caleb's spiraling starts in similar matter when Philip is dead gone.

I am trying to improve and need recommendations.

probably weird answer but I use Drawpile for 90% of all my art! (；´∀｀) I use CSP for touchups mostly for like, bloom and flairs. But I do (mostly) only paint in CSP except for few occasions (then it's back to drawpile shdfjkds)
