Milwaukee Public Museum has revealed their plans for their new location’s paleontology exhibit. The Silurian Reef aquarium is getting a huge glow-up, while the iconic Tyrannosaurus feeding station that has been giving schoolchildren a nice look at some disembowled Triceratops intestines since the 1980s will not carry over, instead going for a dynamic Torosaurus battle pitting a skeleton against a fleshed out opponent while the T. rex lurks in the shadows waiting to eat the loser. The World’s Fair Ornithomimus is also present in the shown concept art.
The new museum opens in 2026, but if you can, check out The Third Planet while the current museum is still with us.
