OKAY HERE’S MY TAKE ON THE GABRIEL AGRESTE EPISODE-

s4 spoilers ahead!

so we all know the infamous twin rings and how ~mysterious~ they are but we have yet to see them this season— except for in mega leech when gabriel fidgets with the ring on his finger.

so i got to thinking, didn’t felix steal both rings during the end of his debut episode “felix”? if felix stole both of the rings, and adrien just happened to be a sentimonster, wouldn’t the amok be in the original ring that gabriel keeps on his person ( the one that felix stole ) and not on emelie‘s dead fingers? would he be able to transfer the amok to emelie‘s ring with killing adrien? everyone keeps talking about the senti-adrien theory but i don’t think that’s what‘s happening here.

so while you all conquer up theories about episode nine, let’s not forget that thanks to gloob we’ve already received the synopsis for the episode “gabriel agreste”.

i don’t know how much time goes by in between gabriel agreste and mega leech, but i think that the gabriel we saw is a sentimonster.

why i think that? we all know gabriel to be cold and manipulative, and we all know sentimonsters can copy the behavior of the person they’re supposed to be. it could just be the real gabriel and not sentigabriel but i don’t think that’s the case. i think we saw senti-gabriel in mega leech, optigami, and sentibubbler. he’s come out of his cage to interact with the heroes a lot more which is rare because he’s hardly ever out before season finales.

there’s another theory i have about the ohare air tsurugi, agreste and bourgeois business project connected to the information we got in sole crusher and solitude but i’ll save that for later.

we also know that someone will FINALLY learn shadow moth’s secret identity, and i think that someone will be felix. some of the lila theories are convincing especially in consideration of the season finale but we all know mr. astruc will likely take the scenic route and will mess up the timeline and stated facts throughout the show and on his twitter ( something he has done multiple times. )

continuing on the gabriel agreste theory. this is in no way confirmed or true just my personal theory. i think felix will come to visit and he’ll find out gabriel = shadow moth through the sentimonster of gabriel. it’s confirmed he will show up three times throughout season four, i think gabriel agreste, and the two part season finale.

maybe i’m completely wrong and maybe the gabriel we saw in mega leech is the real gabriel and maybe that ring is emelie‘s ring and maybe adrien is a sentimonster. it’s just something that doesn’t make sense to me.

also apologies about my theory formatting, this is my first time getting one of my theories out there and it makes lots more sense in my head. now that i read over it, it is a bit of a reach and a little complicated but i believe in it.
