The beautiful thing as you get older is that you realize so many “rules” are made up and you can just do whatever. Posters can go anywhere in the house not just my room. I can sit down while cooking a meal or taking a shower. I can make the same thing for breakfast lunch dinner for a week straight. I can roam around the house shirtless. I can wear a dress with jeans. The world is my oyster key word my and I can live as I please embracing little things such as this

Day 5 of 5 day workout week:
It’s the Friday after Draft Day and I am exhausted! 😮‍💨 But, I managed to get one more workout in before my busy weekend ahead.
-I did 25 minutes of strength training with 5-15 lb dumbbells for upper and lower body exercises.
-Then, I finished the week with a 40 minute kickboxing workout with 12 ounce gloves, and short intervals of light jump-roping. Capped it all off with a stretch session.
Total calorie burn = 417 kcals 😅
That is 5 for 5 and I am spent! I seriously need these two days off. I hope everyone has a good (and restful!) weekend out there! 🫶🏽

Day 4 of 5 day workout week:
Happy NFL Draft Day to all who celebrate! 🙌🏽 Got in my workout AND made it downtown for the NFL Draft festivities!! We couldn’t get tickets to get near the stage, but we sure had a lot of fun!
-The step routine was high intensity with single risers. I put in a full 48 minutes. 😮‍💨 Then I finished with 10 minutes of weighted abs/core and then a long stretch.
Total calorie burn = 429 kcals 🏈
Day 4 was epic! One more workout and then a busy weekend ahead!
