So went to a music festival, and I had a great time.
Now that I’m home I’m suffering from anxiety. Maybe it’s because I go back to work in a day. My house is messy but I can’t seem to get up and do something about it. Just the overwhelming sense of reality is coming back to me..

I went to a local state park by my self, which is a pretty big step for me. It was very peaceful even with a lot of people.I originally planned on taking a trail once I got here but I ended not doing it. //
I did see lots of deer too
I’m trying to get more comfortable doing things like this alone, I feel independence within self is very important.
