Here's some transplural tips!

For us, subliminals are a godsend! Our main playlists are here, here, here, and here! Please tell us if the links don't work!

Talking to yourself helps! Hold conversations with yourself when you're making decisions, doing something you like, etc!

Pretend you have an audience! What I do is if I'm working on something, or reading something, or whatever, I'll pretend like someone (the alter) just walked in and asked what I'm doing. Then I'll pretend to have a conversation with them about it and invite them to join me! (I'll read out loud to them, get extra paper out for drawing, ask them questions about whatever it is we're watching, etc!) Engage with them like you're hosting a friend at your house! I'll also do it if I'm outside by myself, pretending I ran into a friend!

Personal rp/plotting! I've kind of always done this? It's basically the above stuff, but you pretend to be the alter and instead talk to other headmates or people from their source! The best part is you can do whatever plot you want! I used to do this with Harry Potter characters a lot. It also helps if you're stuck on to progress the plot of a story you're writing! Pretend to be the main character, make a decision, and then imagine how everyone else would react!

Fake it til you make it! We set up pks and simplyplurals for, and basically roleplay as the alter we want. Eventually, they'll show up!

As a bonus, you can engage with intentionally stressful, traumatizing, or triggering things while doing these to help make splitting them easier, depending on what kind of origin you want! We'll also do stuff like imagining super bad things that could happen to us (easy with our anxiety causing us to overthink and imagine every horrible possibility) while engaging with media of the desired alter/imagining them!

𝜗 i think it's so stupid when antis act like all radqueers don't fit into any minority at all .

𝜗 " you'll never understand what it's like to be disabled / poc / queer / plus - sized / another minority !! " but ... a lot of us ( from what I've seen ) do understand .

𝜗 obviously , not everyone is gonna have the same experiences , so not everyone will understand everything , but a lot of radqueers are apart of some minority group and most of us do understand how hard it can be . it's so frustrating to see the struggles that radqueers who fit into minorities getting ignored or pushed aside just because of how we label ourselves . you don't have to agree with us , but don't pretend that we're all white , allocishet , skinny && neurotypical because most of us don't fit into any of those categories , or only one / two . we face a lot of similar struggles when it comes to things like our disabilities , races , queer identities , and body types .
