Thinking about the Doctor getting all up in the TARDIS' organic bits for some fun sexy time. Get some wires and mental connections in there, psychic feeling sharing, the tardis carefully shaking and vibrating parts of her interior to stimulate the doctor.

Also: The tardis building a room specifically for fucking the doctor. Filling it with various devices for the doctor to strap in to. Plants engineered for sex pollen. Organic tardis parts running through the room so the doctor can get her off her in turn.
