Real Love: Tips From The Couples We Admire
love : /ləv/: (n) an intense feeling of deep affection; a great interest and pleasure in something.
love : /ləv/: (v) feel a deep romantic or sexual attachment to (someone)
Such a scary but fulfilling emotion. Being able to care for someone more than yourself. Being able to see the best in someone when they don’t even see it. As scary as this may sound, when you are in it, this is one of the most fulfilling feelings you will have.
In honor of the month of love, we spoke to some couples and asked them what keeps there relationship strong throughout it all, check this out:
(grab some tissue, because i’m in my feelings people!)
Fatima & Soufiyane
Years Together: Married 6 Months
What Keeps Your Relationship Strong?
“The main thing that keeps our relationship strong is our connection with Allah. We both strive to become stronger in faith as time progresses and this was the foundation that our relationship was built upon from the start. With strong faith, it makes it easier to maintain a tight bond. Additionally, we’re friends before anything and I think this is also super important in any relationship because it allows us to be open and comfortable with one another. We’re able to speak about literally any and everything, whether that’s me wanting to spill the latest gossip or him telling me about the crazy basketball games he plays in. We are far from perfect but we are devoted in our love.”
Melissa & Aldwin
Years Together: 8 Years, Engaged 2 Months
What Keeps Your Relationship Strong?
“Love, trust and communication is essential in any relationship. We understand that being honest is important, even when its uncomfortable, but it will help us in the long term. We don't take our problems to bed. We also love to have a great time with each other and are not shy when it comes to being silly with each other.”
Akira & Carley
Years Together: 3 Years, Recently Engaged
What Keeps Your Relationship Strong?
“One of the main things that we believe keeps our relationship strong is our patience. We live in a world of instant gratification where the fruits are demanded without labor. Being goal oriented individuals we had to take our time and build our friendship before taking the leap into a full on relationship. This helped us learn each other's moods, likes, dislikes, and especially taught us how to successfully deal with the day to day obstacles we face. Being each other’s best friends we’ve learned to TRULY listen to understand one another and not listen to respond. We’ve learned to discuss rather than argue, and most importantly we learned to, the big c word, compromise. No relationship is perfect but we're perfect for each other. Like all humans we have our good days and bad days but we will always go to war together, protect each other and navigate any storm together with God by our side.”
Tamika & Evan
Years Together: 2 Years
What Keeps Your Relationship Strong?
“Friendship definitely makes our relationship strong. Before we were a couple we were best friends. That foundation is extremely important because it helps us better communicate and understand our intentions. We genuinely enjoy each other’s company and more importantly we always know where we stand moving forward.”
Ceeyon & Temi
Years Together: 8 Years, Engaged 3 Months
What Keeps Your Relationship Strong?
“We believe effective communication and friendship are the driving force to maintaining our relationship. Communication is very important to us. Throughout our time together, we’ve learned different ways to better understand & convey our thoughts and emotions. We make sure we always speak on our feelings and don’t end the night upset.
Since we started the relationship as friends, we are comfortable with one another, and get to be our true self. We get to explore the world, party and vibe with one another. It’s safe to say we enjoy each other’s company.”

Are Your Stressed Out? Here Is How To Get Past It
Regardless of how much you plan you can still hit those stressful moments. If you are anything like me those stress periods last extremely long & many of times lead to a mini depressive session. In 2021, WE AIN’T GOT TIME FOR THAT. The only thing we want is the money, the success & the happiness. Here are some tips for how to get through your next stressful period:
Unplug & Reconnect
When it rains it pours, seriously. When one thing is bothering me I ted to get into my head and spiral. This then leads to hours of me overthinking situations that were never that serious in the first place. The next time you feel yourself getting into those feelings, unplug and reconnect. Put the phone away and sit in the emotion. Once you figure out the source, plan the solution.
Create a Mini Sanctuary
Covid has turned our rooms into many other things. My room is a bedroom, office & occasionally the hang out spot for my friends. I am annoyed. I miss when my room was just my room - the place I can chill & sleep in. Since we are turning our rooms into everything try to create a little area for relaxation. We suggest your bed. Get some pillows and cute throws - when life is stressing you out pop onto the bed and get yourself together.
Bubble Bath Time
Who doesn’t love bath time! Light some candles, add some essential oils to your bath & your favorite book. This is the best way to disconnect from the world when things get overwhelming.
Make a “feel-good” playlist
This is my favorite thing to do the opposite way. I have a “sad girls” playlist. Whenever I get in my feelings I play a brunch of sad songs that make me cry. Create a playlist for these stressful times. When life gets stressful instead of feeling sorry for yourself, listen to that good feeling playlist and remember that life happens fast and this will past.

Your Sex Calendar for 2021
This one is for the gals who are getting consistent action out here - we horny girls are extremely jealous!
Sex is supposed to be a release of energy but don’t forget it has to be fun! After a long day or week of stupidity from the world, nothing hits better than getting some alone time with your partner. Whether you are in a situationship or relationship, sex can get a bit boring - especially if your partner knows what you like. This year, spice it up! Here is your monthly sex position calendar - some of these positions you may have already tried but add something new to spice it up!
All images provided by Women’s Health Magazine & Google Images
JANUARY- STAND & START IT RIGHT
Start the year off by introducing standing up into your sex life.
How: With both of you standing up, bend over your partner & enter from the back.
Spice It Up: For the red person, while you are being stimulated from the back, pleasure your partner’s genitals using your hands.
If you’ve done this position already, try doing this in a different location.
FEBRUARY- BECOME A CHAIR
You stood up last month so time to sit down!
How: Have your partner sit on the edge of the bed, you sit on top & ride that chair!
Spice It Up: Grab a mirror and watch yourselves enjoy this time!
MARCH- THE HORIZONTAL COW GIRL
Spice up the position you are probably always doing!
How: Laying on a flat surface, get on top of your partner in the opposition direction. Once comfortable, using your hands to guide your partner inside of you.
Spice It Up: While your partner is riding you, try a little finger in the butt. Remember to ask permission!
APRIL: THE SPIDER
It is toy time!
How: While sitting on the bed, sit on top of your partner, lean back & open your legs around he or she. Insert your parter inside of you and rock back and forth.
Spice it Up: Using a Clit/G-Spot Finger Sleeve, rub your partners clitorus.
MAY - STAND IT UP
As you slowly enter into the summer months, try something that doesn’t involve a bed because let’s face it if the world opens up - we will NEVER be home!
How: Wrapping your legs around your partner’s body, straggle them. To make things easier, you can start doing this on the bed & slowly guide your way up.
Spice it Up: Skip the bedroom & try this in another location!
JUNE: THE UPDATED MISSIONARY
For the people in love, who like to be up close & personal with your partner.
How: Have your partner sit up and place a pillow behind his or her back. This gives support. Climb on top and straddle your waist onto he or she - make sure your feet are on the bed. Move up and down as fast or as slow as you like.
Spice it Up: Whisper some nasty things to your partner as you go! Here is your dirty talking guide.
JULY: MOVE YA BODY LIKE A SNAKE
Summer is here - this position is for after those drunken Sunday brunches!
How: Lie on your stomach and have your partner enter you while on top. In that snake like motion, go as fast or as slow as you may like.
Spice it Up: Have your partner slowly touch you up and down. It is said that touch enhances an orgasm.
AUGUST: TIME TO POP THAT TOP
Keep reading!
How: Position yourself at the edge of the bed on your side. Have your partner stand up and enter you from that angle. Keep in mind, he or she may have to bend down a bit so make sure they have them Meagan knee’s to keep up. As your partner goes in and out, tighten your thighs.
Spice it Up: To be honest, this is already a lot so if you make it this far - you got it!
SEPTEMBER: THE HOT SEAT
I’ve done majority of the above positions but this one you are on your own. Email us and let us know how you like it.
How: This is just spooning with a little action - sit on down and both of you guys move in the same direction.
Spice It Up: It is the time to get “handz” with this position. Touch all over each other!
OCTOBER: BRINGING SAND TO THE BEACH
The young ones call this position “The Seashell”
How: Laying on your back, raise your legs as far as you can. Have your partner enter you from this position.
Spice It Up: If you aren’t a fan of the choking gang - try it this time.
NOVEMBER: THE PINBALL MACHINE
Time to bring the games home!
How: Do the partial bridge position, resting your weight on your shoulders. Have your partner enter you from the middle in a kneeling position holding your legs up.
Spice It Up: Try extending your leg onto his or her shoulders
DECEMBER: YOUR PICK
We are all out of positions so now it is time for you try something for yourself

Four Ways to Slow Day Throughout Your Day
Happy Monday guys! This year we are taking a different approach. Instead of working straight - start and continue your day with some breaks. We already know that burnout is real and working straight through doesn’t benefit anyone. Let’s be different this year. As you go through your day, it is important to remember you while you make your coin. As you conquer today, try these little mini task!
CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF AS YOU A COMPLETE TASK
I love the 3 hour check in. Depending what industry you work in - 3 hours is just enough time to get through a complete task. When you finish one task, take some time to check on yourself. That can be going to the bathroom, a coffee break and/or just a walk around the block. Don’t jump into another task without taking time for yourself first.
GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO PREPARE
Rushing aids in losing track of your day. Sometimes you rush so much you forget the time and lose track of everything. Wake up a few minutes before that work clock starts and give yourself time to enjoy “you time”. If you are going to work now, go in just a little bit earlier to give yourself that me time to catch up and prepare for the day.
DON’T FORGET TO EAT
We are all guilty of saying “wow I was working so hard that I forgot to eat”. Yes, you sound productive but let’s face it you are probably starving. If you aren’t a breakfast person, get up a little earlier and have your coffee/tea before you start your day. Having your coffee while you work is great, but having it and doing whatever you want is even better. Lunch is also very important. If you are like me you are probably not hungry but lunch is an excuse to take a break. The Working Girl essentials for 2021 is to EAT!
HARD STOPS
Having a hard stop is extremely important and very hard to accomplish. Between the last minute request to the late emails from others, it is very hard to tell yourself to stop when you do not have control of others. If you can not control your work hard stops - control your social media and downtime hard stops. Instead of aimlessly surfing the web at night - stop what you are doing at a specific time and give your brain a rest. This will make you feel like you had more time to yourself instead of working straight and rushing to bed to get back up again.

Relationship Goals: Your 2021 New Year Resolution
While we work on bettering ourselves this year we should also work on bettering our relationships. Whether you are dating, in a relationship or married you should always have a goal of progression. Here are your options!
For The Single Gals…
While I know people are dying in the world, for the singles so are these relationships. If you’ve been single during this pandemic you’ve probably been through your share of park dates and Facetime dinners. I don’t know about you guys but I am sick of it! Also let’s mention these dating apps are getting worse as the days go on - these pickup lines are going to kill me. For the singles that are looking to settle down use this year to work on you and let things flow. Speaking for myself, I approach every situation with a plan. While planning is great if 2020 taught you anything it showed you that plans will change. Sometimes we get so wrapped up into trying to find the perfect partner that we forget who you are in the process. Don’t give up on dating but give up on finding the person. This year approach each date as just that - a date. Have fun and be open to anything and everything. Stop taking dating so serious and enjoy yourself!
For The Relationship Gals…
You found the person you want to invest your all into and now what? While marriage may be the goal, your first goal should be to nourish your relationship. As you work on yourself, work on your relationship. What does this mean? Set goals. If you and your partner like adventure - schedule some adventure time. This doesn’t have to mean you book an international travel. This adventure can mean traveling to another part of your town & trying something new. If you feel like your relationship is getting too routine-ish, try something new. Come together with your partner and add a new activity that you both can do and enjoy. If you feel like the sex is getting very vanilla, visit your local sex shop with your partner and spice things up. Remember that relationships are supposed to be fun. You basically have a permanent best friend so start to treat it as such. This year, your goal is to embrace and live in the moment. HAVE FUN!
For The Married Gals…
He/she liked you so much that they put a ring on it! You’ve gotten to the stage that almost everyone wants - now what? This relationship should be permanent and you should treat it as such. While you work on your individual goals, create some relationship goals. As a unit, come together and figure out what you both want or want to change. This could be anything from a new savings account to even a baby. If date night is lost within your marriage, schedule a monthly date that can not be changed. If you both want to save for something create a money jar in a common area and contribute daily. While you can not control your body, if you and your partner want a baby start to try. I mean the making of it should always fun! Setting goals within your marriage should be just as fun as setting goals within your personal life - the only difference is you have someone to share it with.

New Year, Same You: The Vision Board
We can all admit that last year was rough. Whether you experienced direct sadness or not, life as we know it has changed drastically - literally we went to bed in March & woke up in another universe. This is a new year and that means we are here to create new starts in our lives. Before you go any further, take this Sunday afternoon to re-connect, re-center & re-position those things you want to do and wanted to do.
IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS
Before the year ended, I jotted down the goals I wanted to accomplish. They range from financial to personal goals that I believe will take me to the next level. Take this time to jot down all of the things you think need to happen in order for you to reach your highest self.
SHORT TERM VS. LONG TERM
After you identify those goals separate them between short and long term. A “short term” goal is one that easily attainable and can be completed in less than 12 months. These short term goals could be getting a new job, saving a certain amount of money ,and/or starting a new business venture. A “long term” goal is one that will take about 12 months. These long term goals could be anything from getting a house, buying an investment property and/or getting out of debt. Know what you want to do and how you will go about getting those things done. If 2020 taught us anything it was that plans will stop. Plan as much as you can but remember that things don’t always go the way you want them to go.
Bonus tip: Once you established your short term vs. long term goals set some reminders within your phone on random dates to check-up on your progress.
NOW FOR THE FUN PART…OLD MAGAZINES, WINE & PRESENTATION
Get together all of those old magazines and start to cut out the images you have in your head. Your vision board doesn’t have to be perfect nor pretty. Your vision board just has to be what you want your life to look like. It is really that simple. Once you put it all together, hang your vision board in your room where you can see it everyday and remind you of what you are doing. It also helps to take a photo of it and saving it as your screensaver.

Five Ways to Upgrade Your Self-Care Routine
Who doesn’t love an excuse to love yourself. They won’t tell you this but when you complete something - don’t forget to reward yourself. Every week we have a self-care article because again it is important to love yourself! If you don’t love you then who will?!
Here is another update to your routine - here are some ways to update that self-care time whether it is during work, after work or on Sunday.
Add Some CBD
When the pandemic first started my anxiety was on 1000%. I really did not know what to do to calm myself down in these stressful moments. A friend of mines recommended that I try incorporating CBD into my routine. CBD, also known as cannabidiol, is a natural remedy that can be found in cannabis . It is essentially the saliva of the plant. There are many benefits to taking CBD such as:
Relieving Pain
Reduce Anxiety & Depression
Alleviate Cancer related symptoms
Studies show it can help reduce acne
Aids in heart health
After taking CBD I did see change in my anxiety. It was not 100% gone but I did have a better feeling about certain situations. Don’t listen to us - try it out for yourself!
Read A Book
I remember when I was in graduate school I would pray for the time to be able to read a book. Now that I am out of graduate school I’ve still yet to pick one up on a daily basis. Do not be me. When you take that lunch break today, pick up a book instead of that Instagram timeline.
Treat Yourself to a New Toy
Masturbation is a great way of self-care. Let’s face it, “cumming” makes the day go 10x better. Treat yourself to a new toy, burn some candles and have some fun with yourself.
Buy New Home Accessories
Who else is guilty of going into Target or Marshalls for one thing and leaving with $400 dollar receipt. I am she. Fixing up your personal space is always fun. Since we have been spending more and more time home you should make sure that it always looks great. Purchase a new blanket or some pillows for your favorite room in the house - it will pay off!

Is Dating Anxiety Real?
To be honest, I have anxiety in relation to just about anything. Seriously. The thought of making a final decision gives me a headache and basically makes me want to sleep. Dating - I hate it and I would just like my soulmate to find me and rescue me from the shambles of these corny ass men. Sorry as you can see dating has been a bit annoying.
What exactly is dating anxiety?
I am sure someone just came up with this term a few months ago but apparently it is real. Dating can be a very overwhelming and scary. The idea of not knowing who or what the other person is about can drive the most confident person insane. According to Scientific American, this type of anxiety and shyness leads to avoidance of meeting new people, as well as a sense of isolation and hopelessness about the prospect of finding a suitable partner. To sum it all up, the feelings of not knowing causes us to be cold & ghost. I am guilty - I am she.
The truth is regardless of who you are dating you will never really know someone. Blind date or friends for years, you will never know. Trust and believe even married couples do not truly know each other. Once you get over that, you have to also understand that dating is supposed to be fun. If you are like me you are in your late 20s and it seems like everyone is getting married and having babies - a group I am not apart of. Since I tell myself this everyday I will tell you - do not let the accomplishments of other make you feel weird about yourself. What is meant for you will be for you - and today isn’t your time.
Getting Over It
There is no guide on how to get over this stuff. Dating is a process and so is getting over your anxiety. Everyone isn’t perfect but finding a balance is the idea. Just because he or she doesn’t cross off all the checkmarks in your life doesn’t mean you should give up. Approach each dating situation as a friendship - learn your partner. Everything will be okay girls!

Four Ways to Turn That Frown Upside Down
I had a great run at the beginning of the quarantine. I was working everyday and I felt good doing it. But recently, I’ve fell into a sort of a rut. I do not have the same energy anymore and I feel sluggish and slow. I don’t think I am sad but I do think my life and world events are slowly creeping up on me. While I would love to feel sorry for myself on the daily, I really do not have time for that. There is money to be made - and I am trying to make a buck or 10 lol. If you are like me and feeling the weight of the world, you may want to try these below tips out:
FIRST, IDENTIFY THE ISSUE
Before coming up with a solution, you must first identify the problem. Do this by having a moment to yourself and identifying what is making you feel uneasy. I was in a CH room the other day with Karrine Steffans - yes Superhead. While she may be known for her sexual activities this is extremely smart. While she was speaking about men, she told the room that we have to stop letting other people or things ruin our mood. This was exactly what I needed to hear. We have no control over other people. With this being said, identity your issue and identify if this is a you think or an other people thing. Once you do this, then ask yourself “do you have control over the issue?” If you do, proceed to the next step. If you do not, babe it is time to move on. You can not control others.
CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE
Change can be so uncomfortable. Speaking for myself, I’ve stayed in certain situation because the comfortability felt better than the hurt. As I try to become more of an adult, all I can say is MOVE ON SIS! After you figure out what the issue is, you need to then change the situation to have different results. One person taught me that you are not in control of others but you can change how you feel and what you do in the end. Change doesn’t always have to be bad.
GIVE YOURSELF SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO
The future can be magical! The future is unknown and that should excite you more than anything. Give yourself something to look forward too. While going on vacation is not the normal right now, vacation to your neighborhood coffee shop. Create a staycation at your local hotel. If the funds are low, do something cheap. Get your nails done, do your hair - make yourself feel good.
VISUALIZE
Last but not least, problems are usually associated with people. When you wake up in the morning, ask yourself what is making you feel this way. Visualize what the issue is and what life without it would be like. Live that life without the issue. Visualize yourself at your highest peak, highest being then move forward with it.

The Working Girl's Guide to Finance
As we slowly approach the holiday season and new year, it is time to start thinking about those pockets. If you are anything like us, this year was very hard and really did a number on your savings. Those five year plans may now be pushed to seven years now & that may be a little troublesome. No fear, SIMP IS HERE. While things may seem a bit crazy now, they will get better. Weigh the positives of the situation - you have a job, simple. If you don’t you have a job be thankful that you have a savings account to pick at. It is that simple.
As we start to prep those vision boards for how you want your life to look this year - make sure your finances align together. We sat down with Jhakiri Brooke to discuss tips on everything money. He is a Financial Advisor based in NYC, that specializes in every spectrum of financial planning. Jhakiri’s priority is to help build suitable savings and create safe investment strategies in his community, especially young adults.
If you are trying to get your life back together you for sure need to read this.
The Three Ways To Look At Your Money AS A WORKING GIRL
Getting Rid of Debt
Debt essentially has a snowball effect. If you don’t monitor it, it will start off small and begin to rapidly increase. Many people have the idea that they’ll swipe their credit card and pay it off as soon as they get paid but that does not workout. What happens when the debt you accrued in a short amount of time has outgrown your paycheck? You begin to panic and get overwhelmed when you have to stop using it. Save for your wants so you don’t have to rack up bad debt. Be patient, pay it down gradually, and stop swiping!
Understand good debt Vs. Bad debt
“Bad debt” consists of tools used to buy depreciating assets; an auto loan for a car, a credit card for miscellaneous purchases, and personal loans for things that shouldn’t be debt financed. “Good debt” consists of tools used to put your life in better perspective; things such as student loan debt to possibly increase your income, a mortgage to buy your own home or to possibly invest in real estate, and lastly a business loan to make up for the lack of funding you have to launch that business you’ve been working on for years.
Student Loan Debt
Don’t be intimidated by student loans, there are so many different options that you may utilize to decrease the payments. The main focus you should have is, “how can I bring down my interest?” Consider refinancing. You don’t want to aggressively pay down student loan debt because it halts you from saving in other areas as well.
Consider debt consolidations and refinancing
Often, many individuals have debt all over the place and have no idea how to manage. The easiest thing you can do is consider consolidating all of your debt in one place so you’re not making payments to multiple creditors.
Balance transfers with credit cards are an example of consolidating without harming your credit score. Essentially, you open up one credit card with a large limit and transfer multiple credit card balances over to one. Now you have 0% APR for one year and can attack all of your balances at once.
Building Your Saving Accounts
I truly believe that building your savings account is the most important piece in this article. Many people do not have a savings account. They believe that saving in a checking account or in cash is the best way to go. That’s only because they don’t understand interest. When having your money in cash or checking you lose out on interest that could have been built on your savings. Interest is so important when it comes to saving because you want to understand how much your bank is crediting you for being an excellent saver. The current national interest rate on savings is about .01-.09% that’s essentially a penny for every $1,000 you have in the bank. That sucks, you want to make sure you’re utilizing a bank that’s averaging about 1.0-2.0%, which is about one dollar for every $1000 you own. You surely want to make sure you have different savings for different things. So make sure you keep your money separated.
You will need an Emergency Fund, a Goal Fund (house, travel), and an Investment Fund. The best way to save is by treating your savings account
Finding Creative Ways to Make Your Money Work For You
The only issue with having all of your money in a traditional or online savings account is you’ll never be able to beat the inflation of the dollar. Remember when your favorite bag of chips was $ 0.25? Those days are long behind us due to inflation. Inflation is the rise of prices in the products we know and love. While the price of these products increases, the value of the dollar we use decreases. In simpler terms, the money in your bank account is not keeping up with the price of the products you purchase day to day. With that, we must find creative ways to diversify our dollars to make them grow.
That takes building an investment portfolio that works for you. Think about what you’re investing for and when you want to reap the benefit of your investments. Many people are afraid of the stock market and can’t save for the real estate market, but there are so many different tools to use.
Mutual Funds - they provide exposure to the stock and bond market without you having to put all your money into one business. Therefore, there’s less risk for a pretty decent return.
Real Estate - saving enough money to purchase a property will provide you a lifetime stream of income. You are paying rent to a landlord, why not become the landlord and have someone pay you rent?
A side business or a loved one’s business you believe will grow
Individual Stock - Yes, the stock market is extremely intimidating, but the wealthiest people in the world have tremendous success in making smart decisions with investing in some of the largest companies you know today.
Retirement Accounts (401K,403B,457,IRAs, etc) - Having a sound understanding of your retirement accounts will put you so far ahead of your peers. Don’t just sign paper work, make sure you understand what assets are backing your retirement accounts as well as the tax ramifications associated with withdrawing money from retirement accounts. You want to make sure you don’t outlive your money, and your job sponsored programs are a great start. If you’re entrepreneur there are retirement accounts out there you should consider looking into.
Remember what you don’t spend today will be spent in the future. Keeping up with the trends is fun but buying your property and having a bomb life in the future is even better. Invest in yourself first!

The Working Girl's Fall Nail Guide with Celebrity Nail Technician Trenna
I don’t know about you guys around the world but for the New York City gals Fall just got real four days ago. With that being said, I personally just swapped out my closet from summer to winter. I am officially ready for Fall! This Fall is a bit different. While the traditional Working Girl nail trends embodied the concept of "workplace appropriate” the new remote working lifestyle is giving us a chance to try something new. As long as you can type, the long nails with the different color crystals are exactly what you need to try.
We sat down with our favorite nail technician, the Queen of Crystal & Shine, Trenna, @lovetrenna, and discuss everything Fall nails.
Check this out!
What is your favorite Fall nail color at the moment?
My favorite nail color at the moment would definitely be Copper Rose by Medusa Nails. I currently am one of their newest nail artists and I love this brand for how pigmented and healthy their gels are. Copper Rose is a shimmery, rosey gold but copper color perfect for any Fall base.
What is your favorite Fall nail shape
Stiletto for sure!
What should every Working Girl’s Fall design?
Every Working Girl should go for a cute dark color with some cute gold charms or crystals. Remember your nails should always have to shine especially when you are typing those long emails.
How Should You Take Care of Your Fall Nails?
For the Fall/Winter your hands lose a lot of moisture which then leads to getting more hangnails. An old remedy that helps is putting Olive Oil on my cuticles before bed. The oil has he ability to sit overnight to moisturize the nails and prevent dry hands and hangnails.
CHECK OUT THE COLORS THE SIMP EDITORS ARE LOVING

The Working Girl Language: What Words You Should Stop Using Part 2
I thought this was important to bring back this 2018 gem . Now more than ever you are sending emails. Because of this WFH life, those small meetings you would usually have in-person are now via email or zoom. Whether you are starting a new job, continuing at your current job and or just applying for a job - it is very important to make sure your email etiquette matches your skill set.
Take these words out of your emails and vocabulary
"JUST"
My best friend let me in on this little secret. We use the word "just" to weaken our statement or opinion and as a woman we need to JUST stop doing it. Make it a point to avoid "just" and you will see how stronger your statements are without it.
Save Some Time With Writing These Words
Especially now, we do not have time to actually read all of these fluff words. Replace these words and feeling with these ones:
Due to the fact that = because
In the near future = soon
At the present time = now
With the exception of = except
If this is not the case = if not
"How Do I?"
There is this beautiful tool they created that helps with just about everything, not only is it everywhere but it is free and takes little to no time. It is called GOOGLE , use it. Nothing worth having comes easy, so don't take the easy way out and ask others for help before you help yourself.
Words that Seem Rude or Condescending
Just like those text messages you sent to bae, emails are up for interpretation. When you writing an email, you may not always come off in the friendliest moods. You can fix this. Yes you may be annoyed with the jobs and your co-workers but that does not mean you need to actually show it all the time. If you are a small business, customer service matters so make sure that your emails always come off friendly. Get rid of these words:
“Fine” as a response
“No” without any leading context
“Important” when referring to the context of things. We are aware that the email is important so no need to say it again.
"I Feel Like"
What are you feeling? Forget I even asked, don't answer. At work, nothing is based on feeling, everything is based off fact. Make it a fact. When you are presenting an issue that may occur in a work related environment, present only the facts.
Words that Implying You Are Not Confident In Your Work
Remember that words matter and how you value yourself is important in the workspace. When you make a mistake at work it may feel like the end of the world - but it is not. Never let them see you fold. Take these words out.
“Sorry” you can find may other words in the dictionary to say sorry to.
“Actually” when used in correction to others
“Kind of” this just sounds childish, stop it
