Hey y'all. I don't usually post like this on this blog, but I've been thinking on the recent information that's been brought to light about Chuggaaconroy.

I haven't drawn anything relating to him in a few years, but if you look back through this blog you'll see that I got my start by making a lot of fanart for him. He introduced me to so many of my favorite games, I looked up to him so much from such a young age. Hearing the news was devastating, and I admit that it's my own fault for becoming so attached to someone I've never met.

I've thought a lot these past few days about whether or not I want to scrub this blog clean of that art, and I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather keep it up. This is a place for me to look back and see how far I've come as an artist. A lot of my first years of drawing improvement were done in my art of Emile. If I were to delete every piece relating to him, a very large chunk of my history would vanish. I've done a purge like that before and I still regret it to this day.

I just want it to be known that I do not feel comfortable supporting him anymore. My heart goes out to all those who were affected by Emile's behavior, I can't imagine the courage it took to speak out against him. I hope he is getting the help he needs and does better going forward.
