she finds him passed out in the woods at least twice a week and he’s lost track of the amount of times he’s seen her puke her guts out

more lore:

sans and undyne get along terribly, and can’t seem to stop making unfair jabs at each other, but they’d technically classify themselves as friends. they care about each other, help each other as best they can, and generally have each other’s back. they do their best to be civil in front of papyrus, but almost anyone else you ask will tell you they’re arguing pretty much constantly whenever they interact. when asked about each other, they’ll say something along the lines of “yeah, we have fun. we’re buddies”

as mentioned above, sans will often pass out in the middle of snowdin forest, much to undyne’s chagrin and papyrus’ concern. he keeps napping in trees and falling in snowbanks without waking up, and eventually someone will find him and drag him home.

undyne’s constant overexertion leaves her extremely nauseous, among other things. sans is the only one who knows about this, and has been sworn to secrecy on the condition that she ask for help once it seems life threatening. she hasn’t told him that she’s found blood amongst the bile a few times recently.
