Wheb I latch you, you struggle to be put down. After I put you down, you’ll flip twice, sit up and atart blabbering and sniling. If you can put yourself back to sleep still okay, I’ll let you play nonstop. Problem is YOU CANT! And then I have to st up, prop you on my lap and latch you AGAIN.
So if you cant put yourself back to sleep then jolly well dont wake up at all at night.
And what is with your cough?! You’ve be coughig for close to a month, why won’t the phlegm gice up? Last week it felt like you’ve only got 1 last piece of phlegm but suddenly it multiplied over the weekends. If you can cough but won’t spit up or gag out milk, I cant be bothered, you can cough your life away and make yourself uncomfortable. Problem here is, you cough, spit up milk/food and I HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOU. If something happens and action needs to be taken by me, thus caus ng inconvenience to me, then it is really annoying.
What is it that you eat that causes your phlegm to multiply? Porridge? Fish? Pork? Veg?! I’ve already stopped cereals for so long, avoided giving you biscuits but nothing is getting better!?
Please let me have more patience to tide through this

WHEN YOU FALL DOWN …
Take the time you need.
Regroup and think through.
Have faith. Have confidence.
Believe in yourself. Take small steps.
YOU CAN DO IT.

I know you’re sad, so i won’t tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to simply have a day. Stay alive. Feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes and don’t give up on yourself just yet. It’ll get better. Until then, have a day
