Definitely preferable that it's complete, but if not, I'd say it should at least address the subject (or show clear signs of approaching) the claimed prompt/open concept it's meant to be filling. That way we can avoid prompts/open concepts from being marked as "fulfilled" and then the story writes itself in a different direction (as they do 😅)

One thing I really like is the idea of omegas peeing in their alpha to mark them. You see it sometimes done as a possession thing alphas do to their omegas, but I also like it the other way around.

Oooh man! Marking with urine is an S-rank kink of mine! There’s so few fics for it in general, let alone in Starker! And the twist with the marker being the omega could make things really fun! I’d love to hear if you had anything specific in mind for this idea!

Can we sign up for the abo event to make moodboards or is it writing only?

The events are open to everyone! I honestly forgot about moodboards when I was writing up the rules, so as far as guidelines go to make sure similar effort is applied by all: for moodboard submissions, it must be at least 9 pictures with a drabble of 150 words minimum accompanying it.
