Bee, my darling, I know I’ve said this to you but it’s important that you know how incredible you are. What you’re going through is intense and it destroys your mental health and I’ve been in your shoes. Still am, some days. You have all my love and heart in getting through it and don’t forget that you’re a great writer who puts thought and emotion into your characters, but you’re also a great friend who honestly gives a little too much. Remember what I said about oxygen masks and that you’re not alone, you have a support system. Keep your head up, take breaks when you need to and as cliché as it sounds, time does eventually heal. You just gotta stop picking at the wound long enough for it to do its thing and we’re all here to help. <3

listen, you KNOW what i love about your portrayal. i love steven so much i want to pick him up and squeeze him. you took a character with minimal lines or characterization in canon and you made him into such a unique, silly guy. and i know i call him silly all the time but he also has such depth of character???

like. guy who has been working with fazbear entertainment since he was a teenager and has been Experiencing the Horrors ever since and yet still hasnt become disillusioned with the company or quit because he CANT. because he doesnt KNOW anything else. because he would rather quite literally work himself to death at fazbears than have to figure out who he is outside the company. than have to unpack what hes been complicit in covering up. than have to face the fact that hes played quite an instrumental part in leading other employees to their deaths or to being grievously injured. hes done such horrible things but really what else was he going to do? if he dug too deep into the incidents he probably wouldve ended up just like them.

i just. ur pg is such a good example of someone who never intended to cause any harm – someone with an innate desire to do good, even – who got put in an impossible situation, one where there were no 'right answers.' steven is a man who did what he had to do to survive and even then it wasnt enough. he drives me insane /pos. i absolutely love the way you interpret him. i enjoy every single one of our threads we have going and the moment i have some free time im going back to work on them.
