পটুয়াখালি প্রতিনিধি: মাছের সুষ্ঠু প্রজনন, উৎপাদন ও সামুদ্রিক মৎস্যসম্পদ সংরক্ষণের লক্ষ্যে শুক্রবার (২০ মে) মধ্যরাত থেকে ৬৫ দিনের জন্য দেশের সমুদ্রসীমায় মাছ ধরায় নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করেছে সরকার। ইতোমধ্যে জাল-ট্রলার নিয়ে তীরে ফিরছেন বরগুনার জেলেরা।
৬৫ দিনের এই নিষেধাজ্ঞা চলাকালীন বরগুনার ২৭ হাজার ২৭৭ জন জেলেকে ১ হাজার ৫২৭ দশমিক ৫১ মেট্রিক টন চাল সহায়তা দেওয়া হবে। এসময় যাতে অসাধু জেলেরা নিষেধাজ্ঞা…

পাদ্মা নদী থেকে উদ্ধার হল এক দানব কাতলা মাছ
বাংলাদেশ, উত্তর দিকে সুন্দর হিমালয় পর্বত এবং দক্ষিণে সামুদ্রিক বায়ুমণ্ডলের ঘেরা একটি দেশ। 356 কিলোমিটার ধরে দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব দিকে প্রবাহিত হওয়া গঙ্গার প্রধান শাখা নদী, পদ্মা নদী যেটি বাংলাদেশের প্রধান নদী।
মাগুর/শিঙি মাছ, মুরারি, ভোলা, ভেটকি, ভাঙন/ভাঙ্গন, ভাদি পুঁটি, বেলে, বাটা, টেংরা, এবং স্বাদের রাজা ইলিশ, এই সকল মাছ পাওয়া যায় পাদ্মা নদীতে। কিন্তুু গত শুক্রবারে বাংলাদেশী এক মাঝি ধরেছেন এক অবিশ্বাস্যকর কাতলা মাছ যা দেখে সবাই অবাক।
এই মাছ কোনো সাধারন মাছ নাকি একটা দানব মাছ সেটা বোঝা খুবই মুশকিল। স্থানীয় মানুষরা বলছে এই মাছ তাদের দেখা সব থেকে বড় কাতলা মাছ, এটিকে পদ্মার বড় কাতলা মাছ নামও দিয়েছে অনেকে।

রেসিপিঃ তেলাপিয়া মাছ ভাঁজি
গত কয়েকদিন আগে বাজার থেকে একটা বড় তেলাপিয়া মাছ কিনেছিলাম, মাছটা তাজা ছিলো, দেড় কেজির মত ওজন ছিলো। অনেক দেশেই পুরা তেলাপিয়া মাছ আস্ত ভাঁজা হয়, ফলে আমরাও একদিন সন্ধ্যায় মাছটা আস্ত ভাঁজি করেছিলাম। চলুন দেখি, খুব সাধারন ভাঁজি এবং মশলাপাতি খুব সামান্য দেয়া হয়েছিল।
কেটে পরিস্কার করা একটা শিল্প!
লবন, মরিচ, হলুদ, সামান্য জিরা গুড়া, সাথে লেবুর রস ও সামান্য তেল।
ভাল করে মাখিয়ে নেয়া হল।
