he probably wanted to confess to you with a grand and likely expensive confession. he told the members his extragavent plan because obviously they would already know his feelings for you because i can't imagine this man being subtle in anyway, but they advised him to not be - well - so 'ricky' because he might scare you with his proposal-like confession

with his members' advise he tunes it down, instead he writes you a really fricking adorable and heartfelt letter telling you his feelings. asks to meet you at a park and turns up with a bouquet and this letter. your heart probably melts becuase whose wouldn't??

gift giving is 100% his automatic love language, buys you gifts on random days just beaucse he wants to treat you. he sends you flower bouquets to be delivered to you weekly, your place honestly looks like a florist because of him. he probably would find it hard if you didn't like recieving gifts or become uncomfortable with the amount he gives you. insists he does it because he wants to and knows that you never asked him to spend money on you

at begining of relationship, he always took you on really fancy dates either to expensive or very well known places he knew from social media. as your relationship develops dates become less extravagent as you get more comfortable with each other: museums, art galleries, picnics etc

he soooo brags about you to the members, always tells them how amazing you are. in return he defiantly gets teased by all of them even the younger members. he is so whipped for you and they find it hilarously adorable. probably joke that he is going to marry you soon and honestly i feel like bf!ricky would love the idea

he is the type to get a little jealous if he sees somebody too close or too friendly with you, obviously he trusts you but he knows how easily it is to fall in love with you

he says 'i love you' first, suprisingly not in a big or extravagant way but he does say it first. probably tells you the moment he realises it himself. after this he constantly reminds you, whispers it sofyly in your ear when in public, says it before kissing you, texts you it before you fall asleep at night

i fully believe that bf!ricky would like to get matching temporary tatoos with you. i repeat temporary. maybe you could matching tatoos in the future but they would be really sublty matching. nothing crazy like eachother's names espcially because i can imagine hanbin murdering him if this ever happened

bf!ricky gets so shy when you kiss him in public, he really loves it but he turns so shy and pink and can't help but turn all fluffy, his cool-guy facade completely melts. he always holds your hand when you walk together and likes to fiddle with your fingers or mess around with any rings you wear

makes a lot of effort with his appearance when he knows he is going to see you, makes sure he is dressed up for you. if you see bf!ricky dressed casually or with his hair unstyled then your relationship has reached the highest of levels. congratulations
