I love your take on Crowley!

I know that the early, non-Diasomnia stories aren't really your thing, but are you reading the novels at all?

I have been following some of the fan translations and the second book seems intense! Would love to hear what you think about them.

thank you! 💚💚💚 I'm not really sure why you think I don't like the earlier arcs though, I love pretty much all the characters and their storis! (I think 5 and 1 are my favorite of the past episodes, though 6 infected me with the Shroud brainrot something fierce.) I just...ESPECIALLY love diasomnia. :') but there is room in my heart for all of these dweebs! like, who among us is not just as ride-or-die for Adeuce as they are for us.

that said, I don't really follow the other adaptations like the manga (aside from a dip-in just to see the new Yuus) or the novels, though I keep meaning to check them out! I do like seeing the differences between the different forms of media, and how certain things get adapted one way or another! but alas, time/a lack of accessibility stands in our way more often than not. :( someday...someday I will have time to consume all of the media...

Like everyone think that she will leave but at the last moment she break the portal/mirror because it's her decision. I think I asked you for a lot of things but I really love your writing~

While I did write for the general idea of your request, I avoided the inclusion of the actual mirror shattering/breaking. It was difficult to incorporate in a way that made sense (it’s not like you can punch it without getting bloody and there’s nothing in the mirror chamber to easily throw at it).

Shattering the mirror in of itself is a very...radical move, and I believe that someone can make the decision to stay without being so dramatic and causing unnecessary property damage just to “make a point”.

Leona Kingscholar...

...is not ready to say good-bye yet.

He’s been grumpy and temperamental every since Crowley announced that he has found a way for you to go home.

Snaps at the smallest thing, even if it’s Ruggie just asking if he needs anything or Jack getting a little to close to you.

Calls a Savanaclaw-wide dorm meeting just to remind everyone who you belong to, and how rude it is to make advances on their king’s chosen mate. All the students avoid you as to not upset Leona.

More clingy and demanding about getting physical affection.

Refuses to cry. Absolutely refuses to cry. But Leona will still bury his head in the crook of your neck and murmur that he doesn’t want you to go.

When you decide that you will stay, Leona acts all tsundere about it. No, he wasn’t on the verge of tears! No, he’s not being sentimental!

“Hmph. Well, it’s your decision--the old bird can’t argue with that. And neither can I. Hakuna-matata, I guess. All’s well that ends well.”

Leona passes it off like it’s nothing, but deep down he’s so happy that you’ve chosen him--it makes him feel like the king of the world. He’s going to smother you with cuddles later--you know, as a “punishment” for making him worry so much.

There is no need for good-byes anymore.

Malleus Draconia...

...always knew this day would come.

Be it death or be it the call to go home...he knew you would leave him eventually.

Malleus has been emotionally preparing himself for this day, but the tears prickle his eyes. He tells himself that if he loves you, he must let you go.

Distances himself from you as the day of departure draws nearer and nearer--to make it hurt less when you do go.

Despite his efforts to avoid you, you keep running into each other again and again on campus--almost as though the Fates are forcing you together.

His resolve crumbles every time he’s in your presence. He cannot help but gravitate toward you, be it for short conversations or impromptu ice-cream dates and strolls.

When you tell him you want to stay, he quietly sobs in relief, clutching onto you with a tight grip.

“I am so glad...so, so glad...” he sniffles. All the grace and dignity of being a powerful sorcerer going out of the window.

Apologizes for pushing you away before; he’ll make it up to you by devoting more time and effort to cultivating your love! Malleus will sneak out even more to see you, much to Sebek’s horror.

Until death claims you...you are his, and his alone.

Ace  Trappola...

...wants to see you off with a smile.

He loudly protested at first, only to be scolded and silenced by Riddle. (”It is (Y/N)’s decision, not your own--so hold your tongue, knave!”)

Still complains, but in more subtle ways like pointing out that not even Deuce or Grim will be enough to keep him from feeling lonely when you are gone, or saying that it will be much less fun around NRC.

Tries to monopolize as much of your time as possible before you go--so he will have fond memories of you to look back on. He doesn’t realize that may hurt him even more in the long run.

Drags you away if he thinks you’re spending too much time with Deuce, or those sketchy eel twins, or...whoever!

Pouts, pouts, pouts. Don’t you want to spend more time with your beloved boyfriend instead of those bozos?

When he hears that you’ve decided to stay, Ace exhales the biggest sigh ever and then immediately perks back up.

“Uwaaaah, you had me really scared there, you dummy! You gotta this up to me somehow, y’know?”

Ace will demand more dates, more hugs and kisses...oh, yeah! And you’d better show up to his basketball games to cheer him on!

You can smile with him for the rest of your days.
