i have enough pasta, broth and cheese to make one more pot of gochujang broccoli mac and cheese before i can’t make anymore til payday. my god i’m going treat mode tonight

#mothman speaks #i made it at 3am this morning while stoned and it was life changing #simple as hell too #1. cook pasta in broth (i use poblano chicken broth from aldi) #2. add butter and a little milk once pasta is cooked and drained/has absorbed all broth #3. stir butter pasta and milk with some seasoned salt #4. crack an egg in that bad boy and stir so it’s creamy #5. stir in shredded cheese and chopped broccoli (i use cheddar cheese mix and frozen broccoli) #6. mix some gochujang in while the cheese is melting (or really anywhere in here) #7. serve as soon as cheese has melted and experience bliss #i am becoming a master of Slops to Annihilate When Wizard High at 3am

You know what I realized I could do recently?

Just make one pancake.

Most of the time the mix tells you how to make 4-5 4" pancakes as the smallest amount. You can just half that and cook it as one bigger pancake in a mid-sized pan.

It's the perfect single serve breakfast, and it cooks in the time it takes to make a coffee and wash the measuring cup & whisk

heads up it turns out a lot of the new jukebox the ghost is actually really great!!!! i was out here thinking their music had just gotten worse but it turns out just a couple songs happen to be terrible and the rest is good
