Imagine with me if you will, the Cyniclons come back to earth and end up staying at the cafe. Tart ends up hanging out with Pudding, Pie ends up doing whatever he does and Ryou ends up with his own personal annoyance in the form of Quiche.

They bond cause they are both just a little crazy, and Ryou is a good listener. They also bond a bit over their former crushes on Ichigo.

Wait, there's male mewmews? Normally I'd be hyped about that but the fact you put them in the worst designs category concerns me 😟

Yep, they are indeed a thing! It's Tokyo MewMew Ore/Olé (Au Lait)!

The reason why I put them under the Worst Design category was because their designs were severely disconnected from the main series' heroines, not to mention how they're much more revealing, too.

And here's what I could gather from this series (FYI: the series' Wiki has almost NO information about the series):

It wasn't done by Mia Ikumi or Yoshida Reiko, but rather someone named Seizuki Madoka, and I guess that explains a lot about the designs already;

The male MCs are indeed infused with endangered animal DNA, but they're NOT named after food. Instead, they're named after japanese train stations (SHIBUYA Aoi, YOYOGI Shizuka, KANDA Ryusei, HIROO Taichi and ROPPONGI Ayato);

There are other characters named after food: ANZU ("Apricot") Hinata and her aunt NATSUME ("Jujube"/"Red Date"), but they're powerless civilians, playing the roles of Shirogane and Keiichiro;

The villains are still the Aliens/Cyniclons, and are named after drinks (MOCHA, LATTE and CHAI);

When asked if the series is canon to the main story and about possible cameos of the main heroines, Madoka-sensei just answered with a "It's a secret".

In my honest opinion, Au Lait would've worked better if it were its own original story, instead of a Tokyo MewMew ensemble; it's just too divorced from the main series and it kinda ruins the immersion and familiarity of it all.

THIS JUST IN: Quiche Ikisatashi receives Life Sentence by raping a female High School student in Japan [EXCLUSIVE]

TOKYO, JAPAN -- In late-May 2023, a person named Quiche Ikisatashi, who is suspected to be a Cyniclon individual was involved in a disturbing incident during a new, deleted reboot scene for the "Tokyo Mew Mew New" anime.

This incident occurred at a local high school in Tokyo Prefecture, where Quiche committed acts of hostage-taking and s*xual assault against a 16 y/o student named Ichigo Momomiya.

Quiche held Ichigo captive on a rooftop, using a Chimera Animas' Spider to restrain her and engaged in unlawful sexual activity driven by jealousy due to an affair between him and Ichigo's boyfriend, Aoyama Masaya.

His previous cases from 2022, Quiche had a history of criminal behavior including public abuse, stalking, voyeurism, s*xual assault, exploitation, harassment and attempted r*pe or murderer, all of which are counted as severe offenses under the Japanese law according to Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department (TMPD).

As reported exclusively by TXN News via JOTX-TV 7's TV Tokyo, Quiche made a disturbing announcement that his 'lord' from another planet would soon awaken, claiming that the Earth now belonged to aliens like his own individual.

During this incident, Ichigo bravely resisted Quiche's advances, leading to a violent altercation where he attempted to strangle her. Eventually, Quiche stripped Ichigo naked against her will to take all clothes off and subjected her to forced sexual activity of r*pe, sexual assault and consistently impregnated in public on the rooftop wall above the said building, which violated its Japanese laws and left the world unable to prevent this tragedy.

The Commission on Population of Japan (CPJ), the United Nations (UN), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department (TMPD) are collaborating closely to stop all war crimes across Japan and apprehend Quiche, despite the arrival from another planet to be taken all over.

Quiche is now facing various charges including stalking, hostage-taking & r*pe, and has been brought before the Japanese court. Furthermore, his magical powers have been immediately revoked. Although Ichigo's traumatizing experience disrupted private lovemaking moments unexpectedly, she regained consciousness by the end of the day (Japan local time).

In response to this heinous act, Japanese authorities have implemented extra pre-cautionary measures in hot pursuit against Quiche. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment in a maximum-security cell, where he will be unable to use his magical powers.

For some weird reason, all of the comments talking about Tart getting wacked by Mew Pudding’s attacks in today’s episode of Tokyo Mew Mew New reminded me of this scene in episode 20 of the 2002 anime where he nearly gets hit with an egg canon. Poor guy can’t catch a break now matter which adaptation XD.

Pudding is a clinger. Tart rolls in his sleep a lot but Pudding manages to hold tight no matter what.

14: Anything they both dread?

Not really?

17: What would make them break up? Would it be permanent?

Nothing and nope!

20: What does their home look like? Their room?

They inherited Pudding's family home and live there. They did, however, update the master bedroom to their own taste. It's got a classical elegance that blends Chinese, Japanese, and Cyniclon elements.

34: Do they have any pets?

No pets. They have enough chaos in their lives in the form of their children to add in a pet.

41: Are they party-goers? What are they like when they’re drunk? Does it happen often?

They've got about the same alcohol tolerance, but Tart is much more restrained than Pudding is, that's for sure. He doesn't like getting drunk so he limits himself. Pudding's doesn't often get herself drunk, but when she does, Tart has to literally carry home a very giggly Pudding who can't walk in a straight line. She gets very flirty and makes Tart blush.

Since people've been asking you about your thoughts on various media, magical girl-related or not; what're your views on the original Tokyo Mew Mew anime?

It's passable, I guess. I mean, I did enjoyed it back in the days, but now with the reboot, it's just meh.

I grew up with the horrid english dub version, so I used to have a not-so-great perception of the series... took me years to detox myself from the american names (except for "Cyniclons"; I still use that term since the villains are referred to as simply "Aliens" in the original version).

I wasn't really fond of how mean some characters were, like Mint being a snobby brat, Zakuro hurting Mint's feelings with no explanation, and Ichigo being the only one to get a weapon upgrade and the only one to use the Mew Aqua Rod.

I also hated how the fandom would prefer Quiche more than Aoyama as a boyfriend for Ichigo. Like, isn't he trying to kill her and erradicate the human race? Ever since Day One, I knew that this murderous little twink elf was bad news.

The reboot made me realize how much potential each character has, as well as the story as a whole, and the message it's trying to convey to the audience. Like how it could be so much more than just teenage drama, and how refreshing it is that science and magic are combined rather than being separated from one another.

I'm glad the reboot wasn't the same thing as before but in HD; it recontextualizes stuff and adds more layers to characters we already know.
