Okay first odd but like universe speaking to me special that your biker schemmenti post came right as I realized I want to own a bike and I'm like doing research but you said your in a biker family and I was wondering if you have any recommendations??? Also wanted to say I really like your posts!!! I'm glad I'm coming out of my shell to commend you great writers and again great work and hope this doesn't bother you!!! 🥺
hi darling! thank you for the compliment, it really means the world to hear from you guys.
by no means am i am expert in bikes, but if you mean recommendations for the motorcycle itself, i’m biased to say look at harley davidson. they have so many different models for different levels of riders. the lighter bikes are probably best for new riders. maybe the Sportster XL (xl stands for extra light, not large) or the Street 750
i’ve never ridden a sports bike like a suzuki and kawasaki, so i don’t want to give any opinion where i haven’t formed one. usually looking up good beginners bikes a place to start. and don’t be afraid to test out different bikes!!
but if you mean for riding in general, it varies on where you live and stuff.
ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET. PROMISE ME.
never, and i mean NEVER ride with shorts on. even if it’s hot out. the metalwork will be blistering and you can and will get burned i’ve done it too many times i can’t grow hair on a patch of my leg.
you don’t need a motorcycle jacket, just a think enough one to protect you from wind hitting you. gloves are also 10/10 especially when it’s 50°F (10°C) or cooler. the air around you will always feel colder than it actually is outside
as for hair, it depends on your hair length and type. i’m a white person with longer 3A hair, so for me braiding it or a low bun works. pony tails just get tangled up. if you wear protective styles, i would highly recommend a scarf/bonnet/durag under the helmet
SUNSCREEN. TRUST. sunscreen and sunglasses if your helmet doesn’t have a tinted visor
research what’s recommended for your area for gear, especially with weather :)
i hope something here is helpful for you! people are sometimes bad with motorcycles on the road, so please stay vigilant. good luck on learning and be safe!!

"You really are Steve Rogers, aren't you?"
A Marvel Cinematic Universe and Supernatural Crossover
Pairing: Steve Rogers/Dean Winchester
Rating: Explicit
This is a prompt fill for @sweetspicybingo's 2024 Hurt/Comfort Bingo and is a fill for the following square: self doubt to sleeping with each other.
No motorcycles were hurt during the research and writing of this fic.
Tags: Motorcycle Sex, One-Night Stand, Top Steve, Bottom Dean, Implied Switching, Crossover Pairing, Hurt/Comfort
Dean snuck out of the motel room which he shared with Sam in the Midwestern town, self-doubt and guilt cursing through his veins, itching for some numbing with some help from Jack at the bar a short drive away. He wandered in and took in the clientele. It was the usual mix of locals and transients, a motley crew of truck drivers, construction workers, cougars and a few guys that looked like cowboys straight from one of the ranches on the outskirts of town.
He was checking everyone, both because hunter instinct never sleeps and because he was curious who the suped-up bike belonged to that was parked outside. Much like classic car guys they tended to park in a way that kept their precious away and out of the path of drunk drivers i.e. at the far side of the lot inconveniently far from the front door of the bar.
Guy seemed to be a fan of the Avengers too as it had the logo on the fuel tank in black powder coated finish. The model was a Harley-Davidson 750 Street model first released in 2015, a beautiful ride that looked like a modern two wheel twin to Baby. Sleek shiny top coat on the fuel tank, powder coated finished exhaust and muffler with a black leather seat, black and chrome spring forks and red suspension springs in the back for a splash of color.
The owner turned out to be easy to spot, his leather jacket hanging from the hook below the bar top, motorcycle helmet on the barstool to his left. The guy was built, broad shoulders and thick muscular arms picking an unfair fight with every seam on his black cotton tee except at his waist where it only accentuated the trim size of him. His butt looked juicy in the dark wash denim that fit him perfectly and black leather boots finished up the look. His profile looked classic American handsome, solid chin, straight nose with blue eyes and a messy from the helmet head of medium length hair.
Dean wasn’t looking for a hook up tonight, just some comfort from a bottle but he wouldn’t say no to this dark blonde glass of tall and handsome. Excited at the prospect of being pinned down by those corded arms with ease and for the guy to fuck him right into next week and out of his self-destructive state of mind. He played up a good game around Sam but the mark was getting to him, increasingly so.
He ordered two shots of whiskey neat and gulped them down without any preamble, eager to numb the emotions he felt.
“Rough night huh?” Blue eyes met green through sideways glances.
“Something like that.”
“Name’s Steve. What’s yours?”
“Dean. We are just traveling through me and my brother.”
“Roadtripping or work?”
“We go all over for work, so roadtripping is part and parcel of it.”
“Huh…”
“750 Street model outside, that yours? She’s a beaut.”
“Yeah she is, thank you.”
“Can appreciate a nice bike even if she’s a bit more modern than what I like in my vehicles.”
“Oh yeah, what do you drive, hot shot?”
“67 Chevy Impala SS four doors, could be a twin to your bike given how nice and shiny they both are.”
“Can we get another round, two each for my friend and me there.” The guy simply commandeered attention in the room, the bartender wasn’t anywhere near them but brought the drinks without question and without Steve having to raise his voice.
“Thanks.” Dean said as he clinked glasses with him.
The conversation lulled as they downed the first glass but sipped the second one.
“So what do you and your brother do?”
“Pest control.” The lie flew off his lips with ease.
“Must be going after some big stuff, given the heat you’re packing in your waistband.”

Vehicle Hold Control on the Harley-Davidson Street Glide ST
You can't move it backwards when you put the parking brake on because your legs aren't strong enough you can move it forwards because you're powering through it with so much torque you can put it into the Kia our son had and is going to go just as fast as it used to you don't know how to use a parking brake and you don't know it's a parking brake it's very strange to us but they put all these damn weird doodads on there and people can't figure out the bike it weighs too much the frame waste too much all the junk on their way too much this trip it down it's 200 lb lighter and a little bit safer and she got it though my son said I'm going to weigh 400 lb at 6'5 roughly and he probably will a little bit more maybe it's still twice as much wait and I will not ride ones are too dangerous do not mean to do that I didn't design them to do that I designed to be light and agile and something that people can handle because he needs to use balance you need to move your body around not everyone's in acrobat and she smiles and says wow I can't figure this thing out it's a piece of s*** it's too heavy has she heard about the hand of God it's starting to make bikes like that and she said there's a lot of 250s by the Chinese and they're one cylinder and if you know how to sync them you're in business I guess it's not like a 500 it's like a 750 and a sport bike too for some reason put them together it's like 40 horsepower and 50 ft lb of torque but the bike only weighs 350 lb now if I worked out a little I could bench press that I can easily squat it and I can lift it up but really these bikes wiegh so much so she says wow. But really if you do that with the bike the motors and it's going to go a new hard knock cuz it's decent tires and shocks about so the same a lot for 500 miles an hour and so she had to do it she don't set a sinking a little bit and she's doing it and she had built one before and got about 380 out of it now she's saying it's the original company but you build a new one so she's trying to get it going and a lot of people are they can't stand these bikes and they can't stand people who ride them they're obnoxious and rude and assholes they wipe out all the time they fall over all the time and it's not abnormal if they're supposed to and we're supposed to ride them and demons have trouble and it's 500 lb is still a huge pain in the ass and we're powerful the kraken rides them but the kraken in human form is like 8 ft tall and can rip fire hydrants out of the ground so if you can do that feel free to ride a Harley-Davidson with big motor and the new motor is ridiculously huge it has so much weight to it it's stupid I mean the damn thing is armored but so what you can't write it and the gear crankcase is not
Thor Freya
They're making the new ones and the big ones in their idiots and they're laughing and joking and a friend here said you take the motor and you put it into a kit car and he put it into a lot of size vehicle and it's going to go 800 miles an hour and we recommend that size so it doesn't stress the motor a Lamborghini kit the smaller one is real good it looks real and if you use a VW chassis I mean these things are kind of fly and the Volkswagen motor does not work as well so if you have a vehicle it's like a super car and the motor is toast you put a Harley-Davidson motor in it and it's going to work and it sounds radical we're going to go ahead and do this

A Beginner’s Guide to Harley-Davidson Models
Tumblr media
Harley-Davidson is an iconic motorcycle brand with a reputation for producing high-quality machines known for their durability and aesthetic appeal. Thanks to Harley-Davidson's commitment to individuality, its motorcycles appeal to many consumers, from leisure riders to seasoned motorcyclists. Each model boasts its personality, allowing riders to find their perfect match.
The Sportster family is one of the most famous entry points into the Harley-Davidson universe. These bikes boast a sleek design and a manageable engine size, making them perfect for learning the ropes. The Iron 883, for instance, combines classic styling with modern performance.
Cruisers form the core of the Harley-Davidson lineup. These bikes exude timeless elegance with their laid-back riding stance, comfortable seats, and iconic V-twin engines. Models like the Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe embrace the brand's heritage while integrating modern technology.
Tumblr media
In contrast, the Dyna family encapsulates Harley's heritage with distinctive style and robust engines. Street Bob and Low Rider, among others, meld traditional aesthetics with contemporary performance. While marginally heavier than Sportsters, Dyna motorcycles provide a weightier yet maneuverable ride.
However, if you prioritize a smooth and comfortable ride, the Softail family delivers. These bikes feature a hidden rear suspension, giving them a classic 'hardtail' look while maintaining modern comfort. With its distinctive appearance, the Fat Boy stands out in this family.
For long-haul enthusiasts, Harley-Davidson's Touring models are worth considering. Street Glide and Road King stand out in this category, boasting potent engines, advanced tech, and ample storage. These bikes offer unparalleled comfort and adaptability for extended jaunts despite their heft.
The Sportster series offers a taste of raw power and agility. These bikes are known for their impressive acceleration and dynamic performance. The Harley-Davidson Iron 883, a standout in the Sportster lineup, delivers a thrilling experience for those who crave a bit of edge.
Tumblr media
Harley-Davidson's street models cater to urban riders who crave nimble handling and modern design. These bikes are perfect for navigating city streets with style and ease. The Harley-Davidson Street 750, for instance, packs a punch with its compact build and responsive engine.
Selecting the ideal Harley-Davidson model involves considering various factors. Determine your riding style—cruising, touring, or something in between. Consider your physical stature and whether you prefer a low-slung cruiser or a more upright touring bike. Factor in your budget, as customization and accessories can add to the overall cost. Visit Harley-Davidson dealerships, sit on different models, and take them for a test ride to discover which resonates with you.
Delving into the choice between electric and gas-powered Harleys adds a thrilling dimension to your journey as a rider. Gas-powered Harleys, entrenched in tradition, emit that quintessential rumble and offer extended highway voyages. On the flip side, electric Harleys like the LiveWire, touted as the trailblazer of electric bike evolution, provide instant torque and a serene city ride. Your selection hinges on your penchant for classic vibes or a leap into the eco-conscious future of riding.
One of the most enticing aspects of owning a Harley-Davidson is the ability to customize your bike to reflect your personality. The options are virtually limitless, from paint schemes to handlebars and exhaust systems. Furthermore, Harley-Davidson distinguishes between honoring its rich heritage and embracing modern innovation. You'll find cutting-edge technology seamlessly integrated into bikes that pay homage to decades of motorcycle excellence.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
A £1million best-ever Motorcycle sale for Silverstone Auctions this weekend with record crowds and a sale rate of 83%. Silverstone Auctions is celebrating its best-ever Motorcycle sale, with a sale rate of 83% and total sales of £1million. The Auction took place at a new venue for the company, Shuttleworth Aerodrome in Bedfordshire, where visitors to the sale could also view the collection of rare aircraft in the historic hangars of this working aeronautical and automotive visitor attraction. Mark Bryan, Motorcycle Manager at Silverstone Auctions said: “It was a truly fantastic sale, our best ever, the venue attracted a large crowd which was great to see and we will definitely return for future sales. Nearly 60% of the bidding came from within the saleroom, but there was also huge interest online and over the telephone both from the UK and overseas. The interest in motorcycle collecting seems to be continuing to grow.” The sale was significant for featuring the last four MV Agusta motorcycles from the late Alan Elderton Collection, former chairman of the Agusta Owner’s Club of Great Britain. The four bikes made just shy of £200,000.
Tumblr media
1973 MV Agusta 750S 743cc - Sold for £85,500 Top lot in the sale was an MV Agusta 750S from the Collection of the late chairman of the MV Agusta Owner’s Club of Great Britain, Alan Elderton, which made £85,500 - well exceeding its estimate. The totally desirable 750S: A magnificent engine, stunning frame, aggressive stance, swelling curves and a perfect tricolore colour scheme: an all-time classic. When launched the 750S was developed from the 600cc MV Agusta 4C. The engine was expanded to 743cc and fitted with four 24mm Dell'Orto carburettors generating a power output of 65bhp. This well-known bike has featured in numerous period publications including Biker (2001), Top Gear (2000) and Moto Retro (2000) one of which contains a road test by Roland Brown. (copies were included in the sale lot). Another top lot from the same Collection was the very rare, unrestored and original 1968 MV Agusta 600 4C. The first road-going four-cylinder from MV Agusta and undoubtedly the rarest. Introduced in 1967, only 135 examples were built with 127 recorded as being sold. This bike sold for £67,500.
Tumblr media
1968 MV Agusta 600 4C 592cc - Sold for £67,500 The charity lot, a lipstick red 1949 Harley-Davidson WLC 750cc motorcycle donated to the cancer support charity – Look Good Feel Better – was put up for auction at No Reserve and Silverstone Auctions were delighted to see it achieve £14,625 all of which will be going to the charity. The bike was donated to the charity by Kiehl’s which is part of the L’Oréal Group. It was on display in Kiehl’s flagship store in Regent Street, London, as part of the Kiehl’s marketing and advertising material until the store closed last year.
