😭 when cql became a regular fixture on my tl i convinced myself 'the untamed' was a shortened version of 'the untamed treachery of the heart' and i was very certain cql was an intense romance drama about a love triangle where wei wuxian had to choose between lan wangji (beloved by my mutuals and thus the obvious superior option) and... jiang cheng? i think? either way when i started watching i discovered it was just the untamed and 'the untamed treachery of the heart' was a twilight parody romance novel in the sims 4.
