As a part of the Leo SBDP event, let's have a look at some Leo-themed modding and textures. People who aren't into modding DBH but are curious about what goes on behind the scenes, this is for you! If you have any modding curiosities or questions, please read my mod diary.

Leo has 3 models which we can see in the game. They are, in order: LEO_DAY01 (beanie), LEO_NIGHT01 (blue shirt), and LEO_EXT01 (big coat "external").

Each model had a string of code that the game reads in order to make him *exist*. Here they are! Leo seems to share certain textures between models. Let's have a closer look and break down what each model looks like in its separate textures!

LEO_DAY01 :

I'm assuming this model has more textures because he has a beanie, and that beanie isn't shared between models.

LEO_NIGHT01 :

For Leo's outfit in Broken, you can see his dark jacket named E646, but that's only the colour map.

LEO_EXT01 :

The strange green maps in Leo's textures are called normal maps and they determine the light reflection without editing the geometry of the model. The colour maps are texture maps like Leo's face, teeth, and clothes. Leo seems to wear the same jeans in each model!

Decided to draw this after seeing the amazing comic made by @detroitbecomeonline ♥ When I designed Leo's android double in Make It Yours, I had just played through the Zlatko chapter and got tons of new headcanons. I decided that black chassis would be for transhumanist androids. So there! Of course I added baby Markus because aw baby Markus! As for the dialogue, it's all vibe! Nothing ominous… Now, talking about that fic it was high time to add a new chapter, so here we go! Cozy one, feat. Neal, the nerdy Kamski twin.

“I’ll tell you all about it later if you really want, but for now,” Leo said and reached up to wrap his arms around Neal’s neck, “I came here to proposition you…” Neal met his gaze. His eyes were a dark grey in the dim light. “Proposition me?” he repeated, and while he kept his neutral mask up, Leo could sense the beat of hope in his voice, in his chest. Leo smiled. “Let’s have sex,” he put it plainly. “I want to feel again what it’s like to lay with someone who makes me feel hot in all the right ways, someone I respect… Someone who can make me feel like I respect myself too.” Neal’s Adam’s apple moved up and down. “So… Lycra underwear?” he asked, straightening up, and Leo stood upon the tip of his toes to reach his lips. “I think you made it kinda clear that I shouldn’t affront you with unpleasant materials, nerdy boy…” Leo purred and kissed him.
