I can't stop thinking about the cave dialogue in which Rayan talks about Chloé, his ex wife, therefore I went back to read whole scene back from University Life episode 8, because what Rayan describes in episode 17 of LL is too diferent from that UL episode and from everything I could remember about it.

It's not to say that I caught some sort of insane discrepancy and AHÁ!

It's more because I find it interesting and I thought maybe others would find it interesting as well. So first I wanna show you what Rayan says in episode 8 of UL (which I never translated before until this post):

In my playthrough of it, back in the day, I asked him directly if he have a wife, which he answers yes first and then the proceeds to talk about it...

"And she will forever be my wife. But the last time we saw each other was seven years ago. Already… seven years… My wife, Chloé, died seven years ago. In a terrorist attack. Some savages came in shooting. No fixed target. In shop windows, in people and even in children."

"There were many wounded, and fortunately few dead. But Chloé is one of those who didn't survive… All that happened seven long years ago. It took me time. At first I didn't want to move. I wanted to keep everything, the smallest memory."

Now why I am showing this 4 panells?

This is important to understand how she died, how sad Rayan showed us to be about her death and his attachment towards Chloé.

He even goes as far to say:

"We met in high school and we got married at 23, in a hurry. We didn't tell anyone. But I'm not going to lie to you and say that everything was all roses."

Candy asks him, how so?

"We often quarreled. We stayed together for a long time, we didn't get to know anyone but each other and, sometimes, we even doubted. But when she left… I was torn apart."

Now we will never know why they used to fight, what made them marry so young and so quickly to the point where he implies they didn't even had a wedding ceremony.

Which makes this difficult to understand what compelled both of them to take such actions - maybe they they were just impulsive, but without a reason behind such impulsivity it's hard to tell if it was warrant or not.

But then, the actual panel that made me do this post in the first place eventually comes up in that same conversation with Candy:

"I loved her with all my soul. Before anything else, she was my best friend. But, sorry… I opened up too much…"

And I believe he did, regardless of anything else, because it makes sense for Rayan's character to marry someone for love.

That's the kind of "person" he is, that's why when he falls for Candy, he's ready to assume so many risks and even later talks about leaving his job for her just so they could have a less tense relationship.

This sets up him to be someone that would intensily love another person and do everything for them - they being Chloé or Candy.

I could say this is actually the point of that whole conversation: to show that he isn't someone that takes love lightly or shallowly, which helps us readers to trust his intentions and to believe that, yes, for love he would indeed be honorable, truth and passionate, instead of a player or a man that just wants to have fun with one of his students.

Not mentioning that he presents himself as a tortured soul that lost a wife tragically and never fell in love ever since, but falls in love for you, the reader, because you're special and irreplaceable, is something very flattering and, even, I dare say, romantic.

Meow meow is sad and you're the only one who can fix that for him.

Personally, I don't like how mcl writes grief, I don't think they know how to dose it without losing their hand, so it comes off as shallow for me, but I guess it serves as another thing: Chloe was loved by Rayan, but Candy needs to be special. The player needs to feel special.

Which brings us to this part of the conversation:

"Every women had something of her own. I saw her everywhere. And yet, it's been seven years. Since then, I have been unable to get involved with another woman, in a new relationship. Even in a simple friendship."

"Until… I met you. I don't know… For the first time, I met someone who has none of her. For the first time, I felt entitled not to think about her."

I understand why in an otome game is important to get the romance right and make the player feel compelled to play the character's route, after all, who wouldn't want to feel special, even if it's only on a game - that's why we have so many MCs or main characters in videogames that are heroes, that cares of others or the place they belong to.

However, I will say, maybe they should've worded it differently, maybe it's not so much about feeling entitled to not think about her, but when I realized, I wasn't searching for her traits on you, I wasn't thinking about her anymore, I was ready to move on. But this is just how I would've done it, just so it would come from Rayan the agency of the "healing" - in another words, he had healed himself before he met Candy and falling in love with her was just another evidence of that.

Which brings us back to episode 17 of Love Life, our Honeymoon episode (and pay attention to the parts that I will mark in blue):

"Y'know, I honestly didn't think I would get over losing her. And then after you got in my classroom and into my life. So, yes, I should have a star up there shining for me. Because, with you, I understood the meaning of true love. And it wasn't the same of what I had with Chloé."

"Sometimes, I think, if the story/timeline was another, if I had met you first before I met her... She and I would've been simply friends, without anything else between us. If fate hadn't been so cruel with her, it would've ended like that anyway, actually. I think she would have been happy to see me so happy these days."

"Just like I would have been in seeing her meeting someone else just as important as you're for me. And when I think of her today, is in this way: as a friend that left too soon. And that, of course, I still get a little with my heart tight. She was someone wonderful/beautiful. There's still some of her in me. But, when I met you, I was like a ghost."

Only Rayan to friendzone the dead.

"Thanks to you and our love, she just became a beautiful star, just like my father..."

At first I thought he was saying that he never really loved Chloé and that Candy made him realize that (How? Don't ask me, he doesn't say how), but thinking about this post and re-reading everything made me rethink my first impression of it.

It's not so much that he didn't loved Chloé, but admittedly, and for reasons that Rayan didn't say, he thought love was something else and he thought he loved her because of that notion, and then his notion of love changed because he met Candy and now he thinks that love is truly what he feels for Candy.

I, as someone that played all of his route, can't really say or even figure out how he would've come up with that reasoning.

Was it because for the first time ever, he had put someone else on his top priority, or at least in a more important position than his reputation and career (which he deeply cares for)? But wasn't he a passionate person to begin with? So isn't it natural for him, once he was sure he fell in love for Candy, to put her as his top priority?

Was it Candy presence alone in his life, simply being there, what made him create that notion? How she taught him that?

I don't know, because the way they fell in love was pretty quick and pretty normal I would dare say - normal not in the sense of, he was her teacher, normal in the sense there was nothing remarkable about their dates, the way they sneak around or in their conversations.

I think if he had realize that falling in love with someone new meant that he had "healed" from his past trauma, that he only had feelings for her because he was ready to have feelings for someone again and the sense of normalcy and easiness he felt in being with her was all he ever wanted after going through so much sadness and heartbreak, then, it would make more sense and sound more realistic, maybe?

But again, they wanted to spin that Candy was special, she needed to be the one that changed him, that was like gravity to him and he could not resist the pull of her.

“... It's just that, with you, I never got under the impression of playing any kind of game. Because I had a lot to lose. Before I met you, I had accepted to never love again. I didn’t want to ever risk lose someone ever again... And, above all, you came to enroll in my course. I looked up and knew that my certainties were worthless...” (episode 14 LL)

That's why I talked about his career before.

They set up Rayan to be someone that loves his work, that cares about his reputation and his career, if not, as he only thing he had since he moved away from his family and was living alone.

Risk it all for Candy was to show that he wasn't playing, he wasn't just trying to get a kick out of it.

And knowing how he got after when Marina actually got him fired, how much of a mess it made him, this put things even more in context, it shows that truly, risk it all for her was no joke, even thou, they used to be pretty reckless about it (never gonna forget their first kiss, crazy, both of them).

Which brings me to one of my favorite parts of dialogue in Rayan's route, episode 15 LL, the marriage proposal dialogue:

"It’s funny... for a long time I thought that love was like a burning fire. And I even thought that, in my case, all that was left was ashes of it. Until I met you and I understood that I didn’t know anything. That I have got it wrong in my whole life. With you, I understood that love is like a stream/flow. A wave that breaks again and again without stopping. And that drags everything wherever it goes. You imposed yourself on me like an evidence. In the calm. I knew it right away. But I only understood it this well later on."

Think that love was like a burning fire: it lights up, it shines bright, it consumes itself, then it becomes ashes and there's nothing left of it.

Ouch, Rayan. 😢

Not to mention the destructive nature of fire, but I don't think Rayan or the person who wrote this scene thought it like that necessarily, I think it had more to do with how fragile and how it consume itself, which feels more how like I would expect from how Rayan described his relationship with Chloé before: intense, too quick to think everything through, the fighting, the feeling that it wouldn't last anyway.

Meanwhile Candy is like a strong wave or a strong stream, his love for her dragged everything with it: all his reasoning, his principles and scruples, the risk of losing his reputation, his career, AND breaking again and again, because it didn't matter if he had build any walls to keep her out in the begining, she somehow brought it all down.

Two kinds of love, one feeling less truth and lasting than the other.

While it would've better, in his head, to have remain just a friendship with Chloé, with Candy, there was no way for it to have ended just in friendship, it would always be more.

You can see the contrast between his feelings for Chloé and his feelings for Candy, how it was different and the key word should always be different.

It surprised me to see him talking about their wedding too, Rayan and Chloé married young and in a hurry (we will never know why), meanwhile, Rayan found Candy in a stage of his life when love wasn't even in the table and when it finally came back to the table, Rayan wanted everything, he wanted celebrate it having a proper wedding ceremony and all.

But those are little subtle things that they left out in the air, instead of saying it so clearly like they did so many times before.

Personally, I don't think would've make any sense for Rayan's character to haven't love Chloé, considering they built a life together before he even met Candy, the same way, I don't think we could've ever thought that Rayan loved Chloé more or even the same way he loved Candy.

Cuz, Chloé and Candy not only met him in different moments of his life BUT ALSO, they totally two different women, it would go without saying it.

But I guess, they wanted to make it even more screaming that it was the case, which I can understand why.

I mean, people thought that Rayan had really tried something with Marina, outside of his route: which for those people I always told it would be impossible.

It would go against what they presented to us about him during that first dialogue in episode 8 of UL and it would represent a contradiction in the writing itself. It would bend the rules that they set themselves to follow too grotesquely. Not to mention, MCL never gave other love interests to the Lis that stayed on the side lines.

Unless, of course, they had set things up that we would understand that Marina was such a special existence is moving like Candy - which, okay, I could've accepted it, but they didn't so. That's why I was so sure of it.

Y'know, have to read so much back in his route to make this post made saying goodbye to his route so hurtful but also so fulfilling, I always loved how they wrote him, despite having my criticisms, I am happy that I got to experience Rayan's route from the start to end.

If you haven't played his route like ever, I totally I encourage you to do it now that we got it all. xD

Domestic Life with Rayan

N/A : This took a little while to write, sorry you had to wait dear !

Warning : NSFW under the cut

Goes to the Cosy Bear Café every morning before heading to Anteros Academy to have a little chat with Candy and enjoy a cup of coffee with her (also if she needs to and that he has the time to do so, he helps her to put the tables outside)

Sometimes, when he’s done with his classes of the day, he comes to the Café and sit in corner, sipping on a drink, while he’s preparing his next classes, grading some of his students’s essays or simply reading a book

He always order something different to drink because he wants to try everything Candy put on the menu

Grocery shopping with Rayan is so funny because he has his little list and it always begins with him following it diligently but he’ll always end up wandering around the aisles (and Candy looses him in the supermarket)

He and Candy often end up buying everything but what’s on the list lmao

Loves perfumed candles, there’s dozen in their apartment (I JUST KNOW THIS, and if Candy looses him during grocery shopping, he's probably picking up some)

He likes cleaning days and he’s very particular about the cleaning products he uses (once again he spends so much time in the supermarket choosing them)

He often puts on jazz or (modern) classical music in the background while he’s working or reading

He knows all the tea about the neighbours and he shares it with Candy (he’s very good at small talk and at connecting with people, therefore my man end up being told everything that’s going on in the building lol)

Likes doing online shopping with Candy (whether it’s for him or her)

Watching documentaries (documentaries on Ancient Greece or just historical documentaries in general and that’s just a personal intake ‘cause I love these lol) together while cuddling on the couch with Rayan combing her fingers through Candy’s hair

Actually, loves playing with Candy’s hair when they’re cuddling

Random compliments all the time (like complimenting her outfit or just tell her that she’s the most beautiful woman he met)

naps together became a habit, especially during more stressful times of the year

also sleeps in on Sundays and would probably make a brunch with Candy afterward

Rayan wearing his glasses when he reads or when he’s on his computer and Candy going feral because of this (sorry but the illustration of him for that Valentine’s Day event, LORD HAVE MERCY)

He’s often the one that organises the dates : he love trying new restaurant and I think he likes gastronomic cuisine since he finds it as tasty as it is pretty

He also likes the kind of dates that allow him and Candy to show their creative side (like the date in one of the Valentine’s Day event where they went to a workshop to make perfume, that was so sweet btw)

He likes to go out with Candy whenever they can but he also enjoys when they stay home together for some quality time

SquidSquad

- Ichiya: Modified Eliter, this one was fabricated to pierce through salmonid shields, is enough powerful to create a hole in a wall. He doesn't use it anymore since he moved out to Haikara City

-Ikkan: Modified Dynamo, he got to learn how to modify weapons but they tend to be dangerous, he made ichiya's Eliter

-Namida: Blaster, she has an inner craziness that is limited throught out her terrible fear to deal with people

-Murasaki: Trislosher, wasa present given by Namida, even though he doesn't play them much he uses it

ABXY

-Paruko: Can't play turf wars and doesn't enjoy them anyways

-Noiji: Clash blaster, 1) It's noisy 2) It's chaotic, enjoys to play only league with Raian

-Raian: Shooters, Brellas, He isn't big of a player but enjoys collecting old vintage weapons

-Shikaku: Can't play??? but watches the matches of Noiji and his best friend Raian

Hightide Era

-Taka: Nzap, he's terrible at playing but feels he looks cool posing with the weapon, however he's number 1 Kuze's fan (he's like a father to him)

-Nishida: He's too of a busy man to even show sny interest on it, he is also really supportive with Kuze

-Kuze: Slayer, Midliner, He's versatile with his weapons, he usually plays with .52 Gal or Nozzlenose. Despite his Drummer career, he won important matches and ended with his team on the top 100 leaderboard of the entire Country

Wet Floor

-Mizole: Wet Floor branded new inkbrush, yeah it's like a mop but acts the same as a normal inkbrush, his ink color is actually cyan

-Kagi: Bloblober, his skin tone doesn't allow him to enter in many matches tho

-Rayan: Wet Floor branded splat dualies, yes they have an entire set of wet floor weapons themed in cleaning products

-Tsumabushi, I think his species can swim in ink but,,, can't give him a weapon, he seems to like other stuff

-Kazami, Crabs can't play turf wars but find the new splatana wiper really cute

Sashimori

-Ryū-chang, Octobrush,his long lineage led him to use this one, as he says he loves his "big slappy". He also performs tradicional calligraphy with it

-Paul, Splattershot Jr, he now reached an age to play turf, he's actually learning how to play rainmaker

-Karla, Nobody expect Ryuu has seen her playing turf wars, that only time she was carrying a Hydra

-Taichi, Doesn't like to play at all, he thinks he looks all stupid with a tiny weapon on his fins

Diss-pair

-Ikkan: Alredy mentioned him, he stopped playing any turf once he moved along with Ichiya to Haikara City. He feels and looks unconfortabled to play or watch it

-Warabi: Dapple Dualies, can't play and doesn't want to, he hates the fact his tentacles are malformed and makes it hard to swim straight (it's like joycon drift) besides he's too of a business man to even have the time to play silly games

Bottom Feeders

-Tangle: Can't play and seems to dislike it

-Fuka: He doesn't enjoy it neither

-Finn: Tetras Dualies, doesn't play neither but that's the only weapon they would use

-Blow: Splatlings, all types, he's the backliner of the group and the most violent one of the 3, he dedicates every victory to his wife and daughter

-Muruta: Can't play??

Ink Theory

-Mayaya: Can't play but im sure she wishes to decorate one

-Āchin: Can play but it's scared of it, she's gothic but terrible at handling turf weapons

-Yōko: Splosh-o-matic, we all know why, it looks like s trumpet

-Karen: Can't but admires Yōko playing

-Bibi: She would play if more weapons were gilded, Splash-o-matic and Golden Dynamo (rip)

-Kitamura: She has a dream to hold the heaviest weapons, she has the determination too

-Beika: little hater, rapid blaster and Carbon Rolelr

-Kikira: Doesn't play, but I'm sure she would be a Slayer

-Uotora: Ehem ehem, Tri-Stinger, Jet-Squelcher, Dualies Squelcher and Chargers, SHE IS BIG NERDY OF BANKARA TURF WARS AND GOES INSANE EVERY TIME THEY DROP A NEW KIT

-Dedf1sh: On her childhood Turf wars wasn't even a thing and once she became a Dj (at her 20ish) she was first introduced to it but never tried, she tried to play it with her bestie at the time but they couldn't swim straight...

MCLLL Episode 17 Rayan

You start this episode on a plane. You are just waking up. Rayan is sitting next to you on the plane. Rayan kisses you and you two look out the window. You two could see a group of lush islands. Rayan and you are going to spend here 15 days. The flight lands, you pick up your luggage, and a limo brings you two to the hotel. The hotel you two are staying is the same from episode 5 alternate life Kentin. Darma welcomes you two and brings you both to the honeymoon suit. At the last minute, Rayan and you changed plans to go here instead of the Mediterranean region. Your Aunt told you about her trip and stay here. It just sounded like the place to go. Rayan and you are very happy with the room. You two deserved this after the year you have been through. You two kiss tenderly. After that long flight, you could use a shower. After you get out, Rayan goes in. You are both now only in your underwear. You suggest to Rayan to get a little massage. But when Rayan sees you like that, he wants to do something else. You think Rayan's right. He wants you to close your eyes. You close your eyes and Rayan puts your eye mask over your head. You are left in the darkness. It heights your other senses. You feel his hands move over your body, undoing your clothes. Rayan guides you towards the bed. There, his hands go over your body while he whispers in your ear; that you wanted a massage. He starts kissing your neck well, massaging your breast. The kisses go lower on your body. You open up your self to him. You don't know how long he keeps desiring you, you are totally lost in the dark. Rayan goes up again. His hand move back to your breast. Then he starts to kiss your breast. You can't take it anymore. You take off your eye mask. And pin him on the bed and go sit on top of him. You find the right rhythm and you both come undone. You both collapse on the bed and tell that you love each other. The night starts to fall. You two order room service and go to sleep. The next day starts after a perfect night of sleeping. You two go downstairs for breakfast. While you are eating, you see Darma. He asks if you two are enjoying your stay. You two are, everything is perfect. He also reminds you two that the hike to the Volcano leaves in an hour. You both finish your breakfast and go back upstairs to get ready. There you get to choose your outfit. There is only one outfit to pick. Then, you decide also to bring the water bottle with you. Rayan and you go downstairs. There you notice that you forgot your phone. But you have no time to go back upstairs. Rayan and you go on the bus. It takes you both to the start of the hike. There, a guide welcomes you with instructions. Then you two start the walk. While you two are walking, the guide talks about the surroundings. You get to take a break when you can see the volcano. It is beautiful. Rayan and you are holding hands. You two wish to be alone. Rayan sees a path and you two start walking it. You both find your own little paradise. Rayan and you are hugging under some trees. You enjoy this moment a lot, but it is better to get back to the group. You two try to find your way back. But when you are back, the group has already left. You don't hear their voices anymore. Rayan takes out his phone. He has no network. But you have to find the group and start walking. You two have to continue the direction you took. Then you suddenly hear a voice. You both think it is the guide. Turns out it were parrots. You think you need to find a safe place. But it is too early for that, maybe you can still find the group. Rayan and you walk further. You have come to this place for the fourth time. Conclusion, you two are lost. It is already four o'clock. Three hours left until the sun starts to go down. Rayan sees it more likes a game. You make him clear how serious the situation is. Rayan and you need an overview of the place. You two decide to go back to the place with the beautiful view. There you see the volcano again. It is better to go there than to stay in the jungle. You are going to use the phone as a compass. Rayan and you find a waterfall, there you see some fruit. You take the big hairy fruit. Rayan and you walk further. Then suddenly a small tiger moves a cross your path. Rayan stays calm and establishes our dominance by looking at it. You two start to count and clap at the same time. Rayan takes a step towards the tiger, and it goes away. You are really proud of Rayan. You both walk fast away and find some water. There you take a little break. Then you find your way to the volcano. At volcano, you find a cave you two can stay in. You two use Rayan's shirt as a filter for the water. So you two can drink. Then you two need to make a fire. You are going to collect some wood. You walk to some trees and take the lowest branches. It took you awhile to get some, but you found enough for a fire. Now you need to get the fire on. It was a good idea to take your bottle with you. With a stone, you cut off the end of your bottle and use it as a magnifying glass to get the fire started. It keeps on burning and you have fire. You are proud of yourself. The night starts to fall. Rayan stand up to watch the sunset. You go stand next to him. He wraps his arms around you. You two stay like this until sunset. Then you need to eat something. You look at the fruit you took with you. A monkey comes towards you, and you share the fruit with it. The monkey leaves. And Rayan and you go sit in each other's arms. You could have fallen asleep like this, but something keeps you awake. You go sit back, up again. The stars look beautiful. Just like a real painting. People used to think that those stars were souls from people who died. You ask if Rayan still thinks about his wife. He does, the story he has with you is beautiful. But Rayan believes that she shines a light from above up on him. You ask Rayan if he is still sad about losing her. No Rayan has recovered from that. And after that, you came into his life. Because of you, he knows what love really means. Rayan thinks that if his story has been different. That he met you before he met his wife. His wife and he would have been good friends instead of love. If fate wasn't so cruel, this would have happened either way. Rayan thinks that his wife is happy to see Rayan this happy right now. Rayan thinks now of her like a friend that has gone too soon. You wish you could have met her. But she is now a star up in the sky. You two hug each other in the light of the fire. Rayan and you must have fallen a sleep. The light of the sun wakes you up. The view of the sunrise is incredible. You were probably the first ones to seen it for a while. You stay hugging each other for a few minutes while enjoying the view. What should you do now. Rayan still has some battery left on his phone. He walks up to the volcano to get some signal and opens up a map to make a path back. You could lose signal again. But it is better than nothing. You start following the path. You two found the waterfall from yesterday. These means you are on the right track. Then you hear a sound. It is the sound of a motor from a car. You two run towards it and find a jeep with the guide in it. They were looking for you. You were not the only ones who were worried yesterday. The guide brings you back to the hotel. Darma is there waiting for you. He is so happy that you two are back. Because of what you went through, you don't have to pay for your stay and the extras you want to take. That was the least he could do. Darma brings you two back to the room. Rayan takes the first shower, and then you go in it. When you get out, you put on your bathing suit. Rayan is already in the swimming pool. You go sit on the side of the pool and take off your bathing suit in front of his eyes. Rayan swims towards you and stands between your legs. You two share a kiss and you get the illustration. His kisses go down your body. You open up your legs. Your fingers are lost in his hair. He keeps filling your desire while you lean backwards. He knows you by heart and knows how to please you. You let out a moan of pleasure. Rayan gets out of the swimming pool and goes to lie upon on you. Rayan looks so beautiful with the sun behind him. just had a revelation for an iasip episode:

"The Gang Goes to See the Barbie Movie"

of course each of them for different reasons:

Charlie: just likes movies about toys and thinks it would be really cool to see life by a doll's perspective.

he doesn't want the others to know in case they will bully him later but he also doesn't want to go alone tho so he asks Dennis to come with him (because he saw him looking up pictures online and knows Dennis wants to watch it so he basically blackmails him to tag along)

Dennis: reluctantly goes with Charlie, claiming it's "just to see many babes and Margo's tits on the big screen" but he actually was always obsessed with Barbie's clothes lines and wants to see real life people wearing them like the huge style nerd he is.

he and Charlie agree to go in secret and don't say a word about it to the others (Dennis especially doesn't want Mac to know since he is all about "badass movies only" or whatever

Mac: "i'm a gay man Frank, of course i'm going to watch the Barbie Movie. Rayan Gosling as Ken?? uh, yes please!? But we can't tell Dennis or the others about us going in secret, they'll think i'm not badass anymore, which i totally still am btw"

Frank: "what are you talking about? now shut up and help me take these Frankie Dolls™️ inside the theater so we can sell 'em to those stupid kids. Oh Mattel made a good move, making a big movie after a doll. We are gonna do the same with my Frankie Dolls™️, we sell them today and then we make a movie about them and it'll make me lots of money!! ha! scamming kids with dolls and movies, we should have thought about this sooner"

the two groups meet inside the theater and various shenanigans ensue (ofc)

anyway, by the end of they movie they each come out with various reactions:

Charlie: "dude! we totally need to make our apartment like that dream house! life in plastic IS fantastic!!" also he didn't get the final line of the movie and really liked Allan

Dennis, with mascara running down his face: "boy that... that sure was a movie huh... (he doesn't elaborate on that. just looks faraway all the time)

Mac: was broken inside by Im Just Ken, thinking about how where he sees love Dennis sees a friend and all that but still whispers "...maybe I am Kenough..." (also he cried too but he will never admit it)

Frank: the Frankie Dolls™️ scam didn't go as planned, of course, (they kinda looked like Gollum? anyway, kids didn't like them and he got in trouble with a few parents) but then when he had nothing left to do he started actually watching the movie and got really moved by the ending

Dee: while the others exit their room of the theater she comes out from the next doors still eating a few pop corns "guys guys i just saw this movie, Oppenheimer, there were nazis and bombs and explosions and science an-"

Mac: "SHUT UP BIRD! WE ARE HAVING A MOMENT HERE"

rayan's family never celebrated the in-universe version of christmas when they were little, but he and his sisters started celebrating it once they were on their own and free to do what they wanted (mostly because of outside influence). their parents are very meh about it, they don't like it at all.

anyway rayan starts going ALL OUT once he gets sil. he goes to his sisters' place for a big dinner and gift exchange and then he goes home and throws the biggest celebration for just him and sil :) he gets it a bunch of presents every single year :) finally hes not lonely, nor does he feel like he's intruding on anyone else's celebration!

You met Ryan and the 3 of you were inseparable.

You guys did everything together

When bam did ask you of course you said yes. But the dynamic of your friend group didn’t really change much. Bam just got a lot more touchy

Him grabbing you from behind all the time and putting his hands around your waist.

His head being in the crook of your neck

He’d be the type of bf to grab you from behind and slam you onto his bed like he’s a mf wrestler

Skating dates!!!

You two already went skating together before the two of you became a thing but it was just different now

Always trying to one up each other with tricks

Him teaching you new tricks

He’s so proud when you finally do it

The smile on this boys face is adorable

He thinks your the coolest person ever

If you can’t sleep you two will go out and skateboard in the middle of the night

And if you don’t know how to skateboard he’ll teach you

He would have a 20 step plan for you

He’d be so excited to teach you

Grinning from ear to ear

And weather or not you know how to skate or not if you get hurt this man gose into a frenzy. He would be so worried

Would act like your dying

Rayan and you pulling the dumbest pranks on bam

The most dramatic person ever

If you give Ryan a little more attention then your giving him while hanging out he’ll becomes jealous and pouty . Like I said very dramatic

He love just being around you at all time’s and has to be touching you

Weather that’s holding hands or his arm around your shoulder

Playing with his hair mindlessly while cuddling

Will lay in between your legs while you run your fingers through his hair

This man loves attention to his core

especially from you

Try’s to braid your hair all the time for fun
