I have some jewelry that is meaningful to me, but I'm no longer able to wear any. I had to stop wearing my wedding rings a little over four years ago because my skin reacts to my own sweat and it was getting worse. The scarring from the reaction is still somewhat visible. I also had to stop wearing all my necklaces.

But before our skin problems worsened we wore the same jewelry constantly, though it would change every few years. I still have all of it tucked away. But yeah, there were our wedding rings that were passed down from my husband's family. I had some pendants like an amethyst chunk and a pentacle. There were others over the years but I don't remember rn.

The only jewelry I still wear is my tunnels. Our ears are stretched to 7/16" and I wear grey silicone tunnels most of the time

* 50 g de beurre

* 1 oeuf

* 90 g de sucre

* 1 sachet de sucre vanillé

* 50 g de lait

* 125 g de mascarpone

* 200 g de farine

* 1 sachet de levure chimique

Pour le nappage chocolat

* 50 g de chocolat noir pâtissier

* 15 g de beurre

* 15 ml de lait

* 15 g de sucre

* Miettes de biscuits

Pour le nappage framboise

* 4 c.à.s de framboises congelées

* 150g de sucre glace

* Vermicelles colorés

PRÉPARATION :

1°étape  - la pâte à donuts

Préchauffer le four à 180ºC, chaleur tournante.

Dans un petit récipient, faire fondre 50 g de beurre et réserver.

* Dans un saladier, fouetter ensemble 1 œuf, 90 g de sucre et 1 sachet de sucre vanillé jusqu'à ce que le mélange devienne mousseux.

Ajouter 50g de lait et fouetter.

Incorporer 125g de mascarpone et fouetter bien l'ensemble.

* Pour finir, ajouter progressivement 200g de farine et 1 sachet de levure chimique tout en fouettant constamment pour éviter la formation de grumeaux.

Verser la pâte obtenue dans une poche à douille.

Remplir les empreintes du moule au ¾ avec la préparation.

Enfourner à 180ºC, chaleur tournante et cuire pour 20 min.

Le temps de cuisson va dépendre de la taille des empreintes du moule et du four; vérifier la cuisson avec un cure-dent.

Laisser tiédir avant de démouler sur une grille puis laisser refroidir complètement.

2°étape - les nappages

Le nappage chocolat

* Au bain-marie faire fondre 50 g de chocolat noir coupé en morceaux avec 15 g de beurre.

* Hors du feu, ajouter 15 ml de lait et 15 g de sucre en poudre, mélanger bien jusqu'à obtenir un mélange lisse.

Napper les donuts de glaçage au chocolat et saupoudrer de miettes de biscuits.

Laisser sécher à température ambiante.

Le nappage framboise

Décongeler les framboises puis les réduire en purée, tout en les passant au chinois.

Ajouter 150g de sucre glace et bien mélanger pour obtenir une masse homogène.

Laisser sécher à température ambiante.

Pour napper, je plonge le dessus du donuts dans le nappage puis je le secoue rapidement pour retirer l'excédent.
