Every so often, we make it to the final volume of a light novel or manga and have to say goodbye. Today, we bid adieu to Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible as VIZ Media releases the final volume of the series. It was a cute, fun manga that really found its voice a few volumes into the run. Check out our review below to see if closed with as much warmth and goodness as it demonstrated through most of its run! And also read our other reviews, which include romance, sci-fi, and fantasy series!

The Unimplemented Overlords Have Joined the Party!, Vol. 1
Today, I finished The Unimplemented Overlords Have Joined the Party!, Vol. 1.
This was not the kind of novel that I expected. On the one hand, it does have a protagonist that suddenly gets incredibly powerful henchmen and just kind of does whatever he wants. However, this is only one-third of the story. The novel actually has two more protagonists: a young and mostly powerless girl who has to struggle to survive, and a charismatic Kirito-type who suddenly gets thrust into leading most of the players trapped in the game. The novel has quite a few tense moments and I definitely liked it.
For my next novel, I've decided to read a novel that reminds me a lot of Reborn to Master the Blade.
