Sickfic : Harley's got a fever (and is most likely to passout) and Todd's bugging him cause he's more concerned about the other than they are themselves
HAHAHA-
...
"So the traitor falls victim to illness, I see."
Harley let out a sickly growl of frustration, fiddling with the mask over his face, fanning his shirt heavily from just how hot he felt. It was terrible, truly, to end up sick on a Monday morning, yet being the diligent student he was, Harley still attended school.
Which was a mistake. Cause Todd was here.
Damn.
"Yeah, a-as you can see, not doin' too hot." Harley huffed, a cough racking his chest as he brought his food out into the gym, hoping to eat their and possibly not let anyone else catch his virus. Not much can be said about Todd though, who willingly invaded his space to...mock him? Maybe, he wasn't sure.
Todd sat down on the bench above from Harley, seeming aware of himself around a sick person, at least. So, he tried to eat his food, and it went fine as it was, but Harley did in fact struggle, especially with the horrid taste it left in his ill mouth.
Todd staring holes into his head didn't make it better.
"What is it now, Todd?" Harley grumbled, simply taking to stabbing at his food instead. There was a bit of rustling for a few moments, before Todd spoke up.
"Catch." Harley's hand shot up almost instinctively, catching whatever it was Todd threw at him. It rattled in his hand, something cylindrical and firm. When he brought it into his line of sight, he practically snorted.
"Do you just keep medication on you or something?" He choked out, opening the pill bottle and dumping two into his hand, a regular dose for him. "It be best that you already know of my own pitiful immune system, so of course." was the response he got.
And he did, he did know that Todd had a weak immune system, it was terrible. So terrible in fact, that he's caught almost every kind of illness you can have without dying at least once.
"Uhuh. Thanks, I guess." Harley hummed, sipping his bottle of water absentmindedly.
And so they let the time pass by, not much chatter on his side, yet Todd filled in a conversation for two with all the yapping he did, like an enthusiastic little dog, even. So Harley just resigned himself to listen, and not ask why he stayed when he'd most definitely get sick from Harley.
This wasn't...the worst of Todd's behaviour, at least.
---
And of course by the next day, Todd was sick at home.

So i wanna do the colour wheel art challenge but i have no clue which characters to do (except for pink and light blue) so do you have any recommendations?
I don't really know what this challenge is but I'm guessing from context clues that you'll be drawing characters for each color of the color wheel? I don't really know most of the fandoms you're in but Isaac or Drew could work for yellow.

...Harley and Todd having a gay moment
I'VE ACTUALLY NEVER EVEN THOUGHT OF WRITING FOR THEM BEFORE
SASSY HARLEY AND PROBLEMATIC TODD COMING YOUR WAY
...
Harely was disappointed. Very much so.
After the stupid events of that Drama Club cult, he just couldn't seem to get Todd off his back. The other followed him around like a lost puppy on some kind of crack, trying to find some way, any way to get the high ground on him.
Honey, this was a highschool. Why did it matter?
Harley himself had been trying to avoid the other for a while now, upset at his loss of privacy, tired and frustrated of hearing Todd yap and yap and yap into his ear about disrupting his cult this, or betraying his cult that. He doesn't even remember the name of the cult at this point, simply dubbing it 'pain in my ass cult'.
He's had enough. He just wants some peace and quiet.
Which led him to this predicament.
Briskly walking through a semi-empty hallway at the end of school, covering his ears as Todd followed diligently, snapping away with his dramatic little accents and such. Harley was quick to open his locker, collecting all his books in record time because God damnit did he want to leave. The only solace now was his house, thanks to the fact that he drove and could at least keep Todd out of his car.
The moment he took out his precious iconic umbrella, he was moments away from using the sharp end to skewer Todd right through the throat, stupid little voice ringing in his ears.
"T'will not be the end of this, Schaeffer!" Todd proclaimed as Harley flicked his gaze between both him and his precious umbrella, a quick impulsive plan forming. "You and your traitorous ways will come to an end! Whether it be by the power of Holy Order or by our beloved Idina herself-!"
Harley opened his umbrella in that moment, not exactly thinking about it as he shoved Todd against a locker, slamming his foot right next to the startled theatre kid's head. He leaned in good and close, umbrella obstructing them from the view of the few students who were there. Not that he exactly cared, he's got too many rumors under his belt to, what's another one going to do?
"Shut your trap, honey bun." Harley hummed, a dangerous glint in his eyes as Todd gulped down a lump in his throat. Oh, so the moment he gets all close and personal is when this idiot finally clamps his big mouth.
"You scarin' little newcomers with your cult is annoying, disrespectful, and you need to get some help." He spoke in a straight tone, pressing his thumb to Todd's chin and tilting it upwards. "Stop following me, why don't you? If I'm a so called 'traitor', then you should have no problem keepin' to yourself, no?"
The silence that followed had Harley deadpanning, because of course he's gonna shut up now, and not any other time. "See this sweetcheeks?" Harley raised a brow at Todd, motioning between the two of them and their position, "Each time you yap to me at a time like this? We're gonna be right back here, right in this position. Every. Single. Time. As a matter of fact, every time I've got a chance like this, it's happening. So do me a favor, and shut your mouth, baby."
He didn't give Todd enough time to consent, pushing off the wall and closing his umbrella, before grabbing his bag from his locker, slamming it shut, and walking away.
He didn't want to deal with Todd.
But apparently, one flustered Todd wanted some beef with him.
So be it.

who ibvs is actually out and/or aware of their respective thing at all? there's the obvious, but like... edward barry drew jocks to whom it's applicable etc? (question prompted by a recent post, not completely random)
(they're referring to queer identities) most of them are still figuring it out! the characters that come to mind when I think of who's really out-out are nevin, dez, niki and isaac. a couple people know about chris, as shown, but he's otherwise closeted. oh yeah, todd is unabashedly out. so is harley. everyone else that I can think of is either closeted (either only out to some Trusted People or haven't told anyone) or not aware ahaha

Harley and Todd moments? More like a bunch of thoughts of em compiled together
Am now getting other IBVS people to find your blog
*goes to refresh my memory because i remember them but not their actual personalities*
consider these as incorrect quotes
“You’re ugly when you lie, Schaeffer!”
“I’m not lying!”
“Then why are you ugly?!”
~~~~~
“Let it go, Todd!”
“Oh no I shall not! And next time, don’t use one of the holy Menzel’s song titles in vain!”
~~~~~
“Why do you keep harassing people?”
“I am not harassing people! I am simply enlightening them! with the slightest hint of bribery”

IBM and Veridium to Transform Carbon Credits into Blockchain-Based Tokens
IBM has partnered with environmental fintech startup Veridium Labs to turn carbon credits — tradable instruments that provide an economic incentive to those who want to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions — into blockchain-based tokens.
In a joint press release, the two companies announced a collaboration to “transform the carbon credit market using IBM blockchain technology with the goal of making it easier for companies to offset their environmental footprints.”
"By using a public, permissioned blockchain network, we can help Veridium create a new sustainable marketplace that is good for business and good for the world," said Bridget van Kralingen, senior vice president of IBM Industry Platforms and Blockchain. “This is a great example of how industries are being reinvented by blockchain [technology], in this case establishing a far more efficient and transparent approach to carbon accounting and offsetting that will empower individuals and companies to play a role in improving our environment."
A carbon credit is defined as “a certificate showing that a government or company has paid to have a certain amount of carbon dioxide removed from the environment.” In return, environmental regulations allow the holders of carbon credits to burn a certain amount of fossil fuels.
While the carbon credits market exists, with many active sellers and buyers, measuring carbon emissions is complicated and costly, and purchasing carbon credits can be complex. According to the joint press release, “blockchain based digital assets, or tokens, can enable innovative ways to buy and use” carbon credits.
A recent report produced by the IBM Institute for Business Value (IBV), titled “Moving to a token-driven economy: Enabling the digitization of real-world assets,” notes that assets like gold, real estate, fine art or carbon credits are difficult to transfer, often necessitating an abundance of paperwork and prolonged procedures for both buyers and sellers. “By representing physical assets as digital tokens on a distributed digital ledger or blockchain, it’s possible to unlock the value of real-world assets and to exchange them in real time,” states the report.
Relying on IBM’s blockchain technology and expertise, Veridium “plans to transform carbon credits into a new type of fungible digital asset that can be redeemed and traded on the Stellar network.” Their approach “will encompass the entire process of carbon footprint accounting and offsetting.” The tokenized carbon credits will include REDD+ credits from InfiniteEARTH, backed by projects that pursue long-term sustainability. Both Veridium and InfiniteEARTH are associated with EnVision Corporation, an incubator of sustainable technologies.
Jared Klee, blockchain manager for token initiatives at IBM, explained to TechCrunch that buying and accounting for REDD+ credits is currently quite complicated. “It’s a major pain point,” he said. “Today REDD+ credits are over the counter assets and there is no central exchange.”
Therefore, IBM and Veridium’s initiative, also supported by Stellar, could significantly simplify carbon credits trading, thus making carbon credits more appealing and contributing to environmental preservation and sustainable development.
“For years, we’ve been trying to mitigate environmental impacts at every point in the value chain, however previous solutions still presented significant complexities and costs,” said Todd Lemons, the chairman of Veridium. “Our work with IBM is the first step in dramatically simplifying the accounting and offsetting processes, and therefore ultimately helping reduce costs. Our digital environmental assets are designed to help companies and institutional investors purchase and use carbon credits to mitigate their environmental impacts today, and even hedge their potential carbon liabilities risks in the future.”

What are your thoughts on Todd and Harley? Todd is an… interesting young man. Harley is so goober
okay. hilarious thing that happened forever ago on discord, after todd's ref was posted i had. a moment. because i have a Thing for glasses. which that incident is also how i got labeled as the Official Nevin Jovel Fanboy. but yeah i think todd adds a wonderful touch of insanity to some of the ibvs chapters
harley is neat, i dont really have any strong opinions about him, but what i DO have strong opinions about is. harley and todd's relationship with. eachother. because them together was just as confusing for me as it was for chris in the latest chapter GHHKRJL
