If somebody tells you that they are not the kind of person who shares a lot and they in fact do not WANT to share a lot why the frickie darn would you turn around and say "But you should talk about things it's good for you and you'll feel better and I want to be that person for you!!"

I don't want to share I am not the kind of person who shares everything going on in my life and now I don't know what to say to you because I either have to be mean and tell you off or I have to lie to you and act like I'm somehow going to end up confiding in you about everything??  There is no good way for me to navigate this situation and I'm very uncomfortable with the fact that yet again your concern seems to be you wanting me to tell you so we're closer and you wanting me to share and you thinking it's better and you took what I said and were just like "Okay that's cool but I think..."

And I get where you're coming from and I get that you do care to some extent and I get that you're trying to be helpful but no I have had it up to here with this situation I have so much other stuff to worry about and I wasted half of the day just trying to figure out what to email the first time I do  n o t  need this

I feel super guilty because we're good friends and we have been for years and you aren't a bad person but this is just really rough and I don't know what to do
