Actually the technology is more likely to be used by business who could separate their admin working, factory technolgy and IoT devices.
However this technology has some issues around the area of Net Neutrality. If the network could be sliced then theoretically an organisation, say a gaming company could get a better slice from their customers than the general network. Giving better game play. But the networks will be in difficulties of they change for a better network for one app over another. However the examples noted in the Nokia press release, are not ontroversal.
