A question for my concert going friends: how do you feel about artists/venues doing priority entry? As in early entry, not disabled etc. Personally I really dislike it, as it pushes that idea that you can only be a "real fan" if you have enough money to do so. And "real/better" fans are always perceived as the ones at the front or with the best merch.
I'm probably just bitter as I don't have the money to be able to do priority entry lol, but I think it is just generally unfair, and I really wish more artists would stop doing it. Also if you're in the UK you probably know how the O2 venues work, and I just think thats ridiculous.

god people are so fucking mad about tone indicators lol stay mad idec if you read /hj as handjob i think that's on you its clearly like. a tone indicator. if it makes you blush because you're reading it wrong literally who cares you know what it actually means. and like if you don't know what one means, ask! but i cannot properly express myself without like, the basic ones, and i greatly prefer and appreciate when other people use them too. it makes communication easier and more genuine but you're just mad because you can't figure out that some acronyms overlap with other meanings. shut up lol you can type out the whole word if you want but its so much work and looks so ugly and clunky a lot of the time that most people are not going to do that. hence why tone indicators were invented to make it easy and quick to do, so there's no real reason not to. obviously i think people go a little overboard with random complicated ones, but like /j, /srs, /s, etc are good to know and use. like they're a universal good. why the fuck are you throwing a tantrum.

i need to vent out my frustrations here ok? just watched an excellent video abt the relatively recent influx of children being severely traumatized online and/or the internet working as a massively unhealthy coping mechanism for traumatized children. it went into great detail w/ personal accounts from kids about how children growing platforms and gaining followings massively hurts their development, especially for children who became the face of controversy after controversy. enjoyed it enough to check their channel and the next video i saw from this same month is them complaining about ''kids on tiktok faking mental illness''

Sky:cotl was more addicting for me than genshin impact is and im. Not actually sure why that is? Like missing a good travelling spirit would make me irrationally upset no matter how hard I tried not to be so I'd have to be grinding for candles every day to be sure I'd have enough,, I'd have to play every day of a season because god forbid I miss an ult gift. Even the way the daily quests r done feels like its keeping u in the game longer than necessary bc like. Sky and genshin r very similar games in terms of how the daily quests work. They both have u get 4 quests and then go out into the world and do them, and then come back to the quest giver and redeem ur reward,, except w sky if ur quest is at the end of the map u have to go through the whole rest of the map to get there. And oh, well I might as well cr a little bit on the way. And then u spend an hour on what should be a 15 minute task max
