DHLAHFLKSHG THANK YOU! Very interesting questions. I'm gonna talk more about how Brick treated Bubbles before he caught feelings. You know that meme where someone is like "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, and fuck you." That would be Brick to everyone and then he tells Bubbles that she's the cool one. But in the respect that she is the least bad of the Powerpuff girls (in his eyes) and not that he actually likes her. Brick tries to stick with his hatred of the Powerpuff Girls the longest, so he still tries to diss and taunt the girls every chance he gets. It's just that Bubbles always just pretends she doesn't get them. "Well if it isn't little Bubbles. >:)" "I think we're both pretty small" "..." and his brothers are laughing at him in the background. But outside of fighting scenarios, Bubbles's eccentric personality piques his interest quite often. Like she'll say something a little quirky and Brick just plays along to see how it plays out. Honestly, you'll need to wait 5 business days if you want a clearer picture of how that works. There are a lot of things that Bubbles just has that are also conversation starters, like pins on her bookbag and quirky earrings. Brick takes the fucking bait, asks about it, and Bubbles takes advantage of that to plant these seeds of friendship. And all of a sudden, Brick the leader of the Rowdyruffs is friends with Bubbles. And Bubbles is totally the type of person who is like, "omg like can you believe we're friends now? That's so crazy, like I didn't expect that at all. Omg what were your first impressions of me." and Brick is like "I mean,,, my first impression of you wasn't exactly a secret." And the jealousy thing, one hundred percent yes. And they all piss him off so much because he finds them annoying for "no apparent reason". But also he probably sees a lot of these suitors as pesky lil' flies that are nothing compared to him. But when these bitches start one-upping him when it comes to romantic gestures, cue Brick humble era. Anyways, i die

NAME: minthara of house baenre

ID: cisgender woman, bisexual.

SYMBOLISM: spiders, translucency, infrared vision, jewels, crowns, flesh cocoons, insects, brains, octopi, blood, webs, tightrope, the voice of god, the moon, music, hallucinations, pomegranates, grapes, wine, caves.

TO BE OR NOT TO BE: Minthara Baenre is not a good person. You don't need good people, in a war. You just need warm bodies willing to carve into other warm bodies. Does she deserve her vengeance? Does she deserve to live? You don't have to kill the Grove. You don't have to let her live. What will you do, when everyone else asks you why you did it?

PERSONALITY: Minthara is selfish, brutal, sensible, and efficient. She doesn't believe in evil for evil's sake. She can justify every ugly thought in her head. To her, the Drow are not just superior because they are Lolth's chosen. They are superior because every facet of their society exists for a purpose. They are superior because they kill the weak and useless to make more space for fresh, strong, beautiful and wise. Everyone has a place. Everyone EARNS their place. A drow can go from being a commoner to a place with as much luxury as a noble. Even a man can earn their spot.

Minthara speaks from extreme prejudice, extreme evil, but she believes in purpose. She was an active part in her community, even if it was just to make sure she wasn't killed and to perform her duties. She is able to talk to anyone, even good-aligned characters, and debate them, spar with them, and even!!!! Not kill them! Because she is sensible, and honestly loves to joke and brag about herself and her own ideas. She will not speak in riddles, but she will sometimes obfuscate a point. She will, eventually, if pressed, tell a good character she means to dominate the Elder Brain. She also has access to crucial information about Orin, and wants to take her down, though, so it may be in your favor to continue this journey with her anyway.

Minthara can be gentle, and loving. She believes her violence and complete domination is a form of love. (It is not.) A child weaned on poison considers it a comfort. She will pour poisoned wine until your mouth until you are drunk with it, and hold your hair back as you retch.

Last but not least, Minthara speaks from control, power, and cunning. She never seems surprised, desperate, scared, unless tadpoles. Other drow can barely see the temperature in her face flicker, unless she laughs. In conversation, she is funny, mildly curious and always up for debate (though she can hardly be convinced in ways that do not suit her ideals), charming and giving. SPARKNOTES: House Baenre is the #1 house in Menzoberrazan. They have earned Lolth's favor more than anyone else and are her favorite house and dolls to make kiss. Minthara is the thirdborn daughter of one of the middlest daughters of the House Matron herself. One of her older sisters attempted to kill Minthara, as she had no child of her own. Minthara's mother saved her. Minthara's mother would later try to kill her. This time, Minthara would save herself.

Ketheric baited the Drow into coming to the surface. Minthara fell for it, then fell for his welcome. She was tadpoled and mindcontrolled, until the player character uses the Astral Prism to get rid of her brain worms and she comes to her senses. You can save her. She doesn't need to die.

WHAT THEY MEAN TO ME: Minthara is my second favorite character in the game after Wyll. The confidence in which she holds in herself, her own faith in herself, the fact that she never bows to anyone without her mind literally being taken from her---are all traits I think are so so fun and interesting when contrasted with her fucked up world views. I LOVE evil characters with a sense of humor, but also a strong backbone for all the wrong things. Is Minthara justified? Only in her own head, but she says things with such confidence and boldness you begin to question yourself. She is so sensible in the way she tries to teach you and mold you and hold you. You forget that you're swallowing poison. She gives you a better reason to kill people and fight the elder brain than some kind of chaotic good sentimentality or desperation to be good. She believes in control for efficiency, for strength, for some small part of safety in an otherwise unsafe world.

In truth, there is also an undying need in her that she does not let show. She has no home or luxury to return to. While she could exist off scraps, merely surviving, it is beneath her. She wants an easy answer. She want the efficiency of the whole world and you beneath her. Will you give in? Will you be taught? Or will you falter at the last second. Will you be caught, in the Spider's Web?

A'kihiko is a disaster when it comes to any classes related to the Hand or the Land. Even for a lad raised by pirates in a fishing town, he'll somehow get tangled in fishing line. Or, at least as a child, he'll eat the smaller fish being used for bait. Easy crafting items also seem to just crumble in his hands. He isn't too put out by the fact, though. As long as he can fight and collect glamours, he's happy.

Ahahahaha just one?! Very difficult. It's also very difficult not to be a little spicy in this opinion. Hm.

I have written and rewritten this three times fck

I'd like the RPC to own their various situations better for sake of the hobby. Examples:

"I am super anxious so I won't IM you first lol" turns into "I am anxious around reaching out first, so if you'd like to interact please follow my blog and send an introductory ask".

"I work full time so my activity is sporadic" can become "I have a very busy schedule, but you're most likely to see me on weekends in the evening (PST) and I am VERY open to receiving random starters/memes to get our interactions going even if I'm not around when you do".

It is unfortunate because even though I know being busy/being anxious isn't an excuse, it feels like people lean on those sort of situations as a crutch very easily. YOU CAN'T GET MAD AT ME FOR DISAPPEARING FOR 5 MONTHS BECAUSE I'M DEPRESSED!

Obviously, nobody has a right to get "mad" at anyone for prioritizing mental health or reality over an online hobby. But your partners are allowed to be disappointed when an interaction they were excited about falls off the radar. Providing other people avenues in which to make interacting with you easier despite your situations is so, so important!

If I look at your blog and it appears as though reaching out to you will likely lead to nothing, I'm probably not going to bother (especially if I've interacted with and been let down by people in similar situations in the past). Even if I am really, really interested in writing with you. If you make the effort to offer those alternatives to connecting with you even if you're not in the best situation currently, I am far more likely to give your blog a shot.

please to not pressure me to reply faster or into a ship. sometimes i go all week without a single post other than ooc updates. those who are in the medical field would understand my levels of exhaustion. i never ignore anyone, dms or discord, including posts tagged for me - tumblr eats things and i am most likely napping. please have chemistry or some sort of partnership with me before assuming a ship.

Bio:  Sportacus is LazyTown's resident action-health superhero. Alerted to trouble by a large crystal on his uniform, he's ready in a flash to save the day! Patient and kind and always understanding, he doesn't tell the kids of LazyTown what to do- choosing to lead by example to give them room to learn and grow on their own.

Processed sugar is his greatest weakness.

002. i do not follow everyone back. i've been on tumblr for many years now and have learned how best to curate a space for myself that i am happy to be in. it would be a disservice not only to myself but to everyone if i acted as though i could keep up with a quick moving dash by interacting with every single person. for the most part, i tend to follow people back within twenty four hours if i can see us writing together. otherwise i do make sure to softblock unless rules state you'd prefer to be hardblocked to avoid confusion.

004. in terms of callout culture: i do not partake in it just for the sake of it. i typically do not reblog or engage with callout posts, but if someone is actively harmful to the community as a whole then of course that's different. i'm not interested in watching anyone to try to chase somebody out of a community simply because they don't like them. i am an adult with a mind of her own who can make decisions for herself. just because i don't interact doesn't mean i don't see it nor does it mean i'm supporting or not supporting it.

005. to reiterate my blog-view intro as well as the above: this blog is plot-driven. it's less of a suggestion and more of a hey, if we're going to be mutuals, you need to know that i am going to approach you to plot at some point. i do not follow people who i do not wish to interact with. i'm somebody who enjoys getting the ball rolling. whether this plotting is getting in deep on the in's and out's of a thread or just laying out a general dynamic for our muses and where + how they interact — i am open to either or. but there needs to be some form of communication, especially if we are going to have multiple threads. i will always respond to random starter calls and i may even drop a meme response without any plotting but just be aware that it's coming. this is becoming a pretty non-negotiable thing for me. i'm willing to do the work, so, if you follow me i am taking it that you are also willing. 50/50 effort, but 100% pay off for writing fun we will both enjoy.
